Second time here, great area with bars and restaurants full of locals, easy access to sights by ferry and bus/tram.

Herr Tuncer ist sehr flexibel mit dem check in und sehr gut erreichbar echt zum empfehlen freue mich beim nächsten mal wieder herzukommen echt empfehlenswert 💯

Fotoğraflardakinden çok daha güzel bir yer. sessiz sakin huzurlu bir daha geldiğimde kesinlikle tercih ediceğim bir yer olucak.

We have stayed 4 days with Volkan. The apartment itself is outstanding. You will get anything you need at the place. Public transport is right next door and the taxi stand is just 2min away. the supermarket is 2 min walkable too and you can get anything you need for your stay. Restaurants are all walkable and the selection is big. Both of our kids 5 and 7 years old loved the place and the crew towards the ferry harbour. especially at night the ciew is outstanding! Volkan has been always available for questions during and before the stay!

Nihal was a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was spotless and in a wonderful location, close to everything we needed. Definitely would stay again!

Orhun war ein toller und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist klasse und hat eine wirklich perfekte Lage, um von dort aus, Istanbul zu erkunden. Viele Restaurants, Shoppingmöglichkeiten, sehr gute Meze-Läden und Bars um die Ecke. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Kendi evimizde gibi hissettiğimiz bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Fotoğraflardan çok daha güzel ve ferah bir ev. Tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı hemen karşılayarak aile sıcaklığında hissettiren Asaf bey ve ailesi mükemmellerdi. Evde her şey düşünülmüş tertemiz, bahçeli, otoparklı ve konumu ideal.

konaklamamız güzel geçti. evin konumu çok iyi yerdeydi bir çok yere kolay ulaşım sağladık. ev temiz ve kullanışlıydı. Barış bey bizimle ilgilendi ve çok sıcak kanlıydı. İstanbul seyehatlerimizde kesinlikle başka bir yere bakmadan müsait ise tekrar tekrar burada kalmayı tercih ederiz.

Müge hanımın rüya evinde harika bir 4 günlük bayram tatili geçirdik. Hangi birinden bahsetsem bilmiyorum. Ev, bahçe, dekorasyon, lokasyon herşey ama herşey zevkimize göreydi. Müge hanımda oldukça nazik bir ev sahibiydi teşekkür ediyoruz herşey için. Evde herşey bizim için düşünülmüş ve hazırdı. Doğa severler için ve sakinlik sevenler için son derece keyifli biryer, şiddetle tavsiye edilir👍

Esat beyin evinde ailemle birlikte konakladım. Daire çok temizdi. Kapıda bizi karşılayan güvenlik görevlisi çok kibardı. Evin manzarası harikaydı. Tekrar geldiğimde mutlaka konaklayacağım

We chose this home for its great reviews, beautiful style, and central location — and it truly exceeded our expectations. Ms. Ümmihan greeted us warmly at the door, the house was already heated and cozy, and she gave us a short tour that made settling in so easy. The entire place was spotless — no odors or stains, and the bed linens were perfectly clean. I’m quite sensitive, but I felt completely comfortable and slept like it was my own bed. The host and her assistant were incredibly kind and always available. The house is just a 5–10 minute walk from Ortaköy and the Bosphorus, yet it's on a quiet dead-end street with no traffic. A perfect stay — highly recommended!

The apartment was incredibly cozy and perfect for a comfortable stay. From the very beginning, the host was exceptionally helpful and welcoming — assisting us with check-in and any questions we had, and always available 24/7. One of the best parts was the neighborhood: peaceful, charming, and full of lovely streets with fresh pastries, delicious local food, and everything within walking distance. The apartment itself had everything needed for a small group — all the amenities, a warm atmosphere, and thoughtful details that made us feel right at home. The location also offers excellent transport connections, making it easy to reach any part of the city. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for creating such a welcoming space. We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended to everyone!

A peaceful stay in a quiet neighbourhood, yet accessible to supermarkets and hip cafes and food joints, just a few minutes of walking downhill. Parking was easy with a garage seemingly for 2 cars. A flight of stairs goes to the ground floor, then another set of stairs within the house to the second floor apartment. Kitchen was fully furnished with stainless steel cooking equipment and quality Utensils. There's even coffee, tea and spices! The dining area is accompanied by a serene view of a luscious green hill, with Camlica Mosque at the top. A truly relaxing getaway from the city crowd. Although we stayed for a night, we felt rejuvenated. Thanks for the experience ☆

The highlight was definitely the stunning view of the Bosporus—it was absolutely breathtaking and made every morning and evening feel special. It’s just minutes away from markets and great local restaurants, which made daily errands and dining out super fun and convenient. Konaklamadan keyif aldık. Kadir bey mesajlara hızlı dönüş yaptı. Ev temiz ve düzenliydi, manzarası güzeldi ama ev çok geniş değildi iki kişiydik ve bize yetti. Kadir beyin evini tekrar tercih edebiliriz.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία με πρόσβαση στο μετρό. Το σπίτι καθαρό και ευρύχωρο θα το ξανά επισκεφθώ σίγουρα. Ευχαριστώ

The location is perfect and very peaceful, a close walk to shops and restaurants but also very quiet. We loved the flat and its amazing terrace. Having two bathrooms was a great asset. Lora was very kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.
