Holiday rentals with a patio in Pendik

Second time here, great area with bars and restaurants full of locals, easy access to sights by ferry and bus/tram.

It was a great, warm place.

It's a much nicer place than the photos. It will definitely be a place I would prefer when I come back quietly and peacefully.

He was very kind and communication with him was extremely easy as he responded immediately. :)

We have stayed 4 days with Volkan. The apartment itself is outstanding. You will get anything you need at the place. Public transport is right next door and the taxi stand is just 2min away. the supermarket is 2 min walkable too and you can get anything you need for your stay. Restaurants are all walkable and the selection is big. Both of our kids 5 and 7 years old loved the place and the crew towards the ferry harbour. especially at night the ciew is outstanding! Volkan has been always available for questions during and before the stay!

our stay was nice. The location of the house was in a very good place, we had easy access to many places. The house was clean and convenient. Mr. Baris took care of us and was very friendly. We would definitely prefer to stay here again and again if it is available without looking elsewhere on our Istanbul trips.

We had a great 4-day holiday in Ms. Müge's dream house. I don't know which one I'm talking about. The house, the garden, the decoration, the location, everything was for our taste. Ms. Müge was a very kind host, thank you for everything. Everything was thought out and ready for us at home. Extremely pleasant place for nature lovers and lovers of calm, highly recommended👍

We chose this home for its great reviews, beautiful style, and central location — and it truly exceeded our expectations. Ms. Ümmihan greeted us warmly at the door, the house was already heated and cozy, and she gave us a short tour that made settling in so easy. The entire place was spotless — no odors or stains, and the bed linens were perfectly clean. I’m quite sensitive, but I felt completely comfortable and slept like it was my own bed. The host and her assistant were incredibly kind and always available. The house is just a 5–10 minute walk from Ortaköy and the Bosphorus, yet it's on a quiet dead-end street with no traffic. A perfect stay — highly recommended!

One of the best parts was the neighborhood: peaceful, charming, and full of lovely streets with fresh pastries, delicious local food, and everything within walking distance. The apartment itself had everything needed for a small group — all the amenities, a warm atmosphere, and thoughtful details that made us feel right at home. The location also offers excellent transport connections, making it easy to reach any part of the city. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for creating such a welcoming space. A peaceful stay in a quiet neighbourhood, yet accessible to supermarkets and hip cafes and food joints, just a few minutes of walking downhill. Parking was easy with a garage seemingly for 2 cars. A flight of stairs goes to the ground floor, then another set of stairs within the house to the second floor apartment. Kitchen was fully furnished with stainless steel cooking equipment and quality Utensils. There's even coffee, tea and spices! The dining area is accompanied by a serene view of a luscious green hill, with Camlica Mosque at the top. A truly relaxing getaway from the city crowd. Although we stayed for a night, we felt rejuvenated. Thanks for the experience ☆

Everything great. We were there 3 nights and in the apartment you have everything you need. We were able to park our car and enjoy the gym and sauna. We were working and the internet was enough. Thank you!

The location is perfect and very peaceful, a close walk to shops and restaurants but also very quiet. We loved the flat and its amazing terrace. Having two bathrooms was a great asset. Lora was very kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.
