we were very impressed with the comfort of the house. nice clean and comfortable. the design is very good. and the homeowner is very informative. all stages of opening the house were explained clearly. we were very happy to stay there even though it was only for a day.

My friend and his big family of 16 pax had great time bonding with relaxed and cosy ambience in this air bnb. These group family members are elderly 55-80 years old, and they found safe home and well equipped bathrooms and living rooms facilities. Will return to this air bnb as it wins the hearts of many that stayed. Hopefully, will get the best rates when next bookings in owner’s properties. 11 people stay, very satisfied!The area of pure villas, far from the road, except for the occasional evenings with motorcycles and the lively crowds during the Spring Festival, it is quiet.The facilities are fully equipped we burned the soup group to eat, and the washing machine to wash the laundry, it is best if the bed can be changed from 1.5 meters to 1.8 meters.5 minutes walk to the beach, we went to borabora seafood restaurant and watched fireplay performance, eat authentic Hainan chicken rice in the big row of the gate of the neighborhood, have fun in the escape park and butterfly park.🥰

great location, with lots to do, good restaurants and bar, the location is one of the few dog friendly locations in penang. the apartment is nice and well located, it was clean and tidy

Very considerate host, clean rooms with great ventilation

It was perfect for a 4-week stay in Penang for a couple combining travel & remote work. Why we loved it: - tennis court + gym + swimming pool - all within the apartment complex, ideal for those days we had to work; - spacious with high ceilings and 2 bathrooms; - attentive hosts quickly resolving any issues; - location in a quiet and more upscale marina neighbourhood (though having a car or using Grab to get around is a must). A couple of points to note: - apartment is well taken care of, but some things are a bit worn of, not to worry though, if anything bothers you just let the hosts know and they will do their best to address it; - mall square had either someone singing or doing outdoor Zumba class some evenings around 8-10pm, both were relatively loud. Other than that it was peaceful and quiet.

Noraini is an excellent host, responsive, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. The house is cozy, spotless, and well-equipped, with everything in great condition. You’ll feel right at home! Its location is perfect for exploring Penang and offers an authentic local experience. I had a fantastic time and would love to stay here again :)

We stayed for six weeks in Grace's apartment. Though the photos should be updated to reflect furniture changes to the living area and single bedroom, our overall expectations were met. We appreciated the large living space, well-supplied kitchen, and comfortable master bedroom--not to mention a variety of supplies, from paper towels and garbage bags to shampoo, conditioner, and cleaning liquids. Light sleepers will do well to bring ear plugs, as the noise on the major road outside can can be quite loud, especially on weekends. (Aside from that, the apartment building itself is extremely quiet.) The louvered windows do let in some heat and humidity even though they are closed, so you may need to run the air conditioning at a colder temperature than you are used to. The ceiling fans are very helpful, as is the free-standing fan in the living area. A super convenient place to stay, and Grace and Daniel are excellent hosts--very friendly and accomodating.

Stayed for 3 nights. Very positive experience. Unit was clean and spacious with great view. Furnishing also looks new and is well equipped which includes a water filter. Parking lot is near to the lift which made it very convenient. Recommended.

Deserves all the positive reviews. We moved here from mansion one, and the quality and condition of apartment was a huge upgrade. The operator invested in good, clean and soft linens with good matresses and pillows. You can see that proper maintenance and housekeeping is done here. They even provided 2 bottles of water on our check in day. Some improvements - the master room's bathroom had a sewage issue. The smell went away on the last day of our stay so hopefully that problem has been addressed. Thank you as well for allowing us an early check in despite our booking being made in the last minute. I will not hesitate to book at Jazz Service Suites under this operator again.

The cosy spacious apartment with spectacular view. Located in a peaceful area close to nature (you can oversee numerous birds and monkeys directly from the balcony). The apartment has everything for a comfortable life and even more. The pool in a condo is clean and mostly empty. The guards were friendly. There were no problems in a month.

Fantastic stay with easy access to the beach and a quiet haven away from the busy areas of Penang. Most amenities were a short walk away. Kids loved the playground and pool area. All the necessities were also provided in the apartment so we could settle in straight away. Jean was also very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended for families wanting to stay in Batu Ferringhi.

I’m staying here for one night. The host is great, the house is clean, and there’s a covered parking space. It’s also conveniently located near the highway. However, during my stay, the house next door is undergoing renovations, which has been quite noisy. I’m not sure why the management would approve such renovations on weekends. (This is a Prima house btw) Anyway, overall is good 👍🏻 and thanks for the snacks.

This Airbnb property exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth check-in process. The location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance of all the major attractions and with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoy the seaview and pooltable. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect airbnb experience.

Overall it was a very pleasant stay, with fairly new furniture, low density condominiums. Environment was very private and exclusive with very nice direct Seaview, can enjoy sunrise directly from the place. Only a few minor things to add on like napkins/tissue papers and also hair dryer, towels for the ease of those staying there. However, it’s was a great one . Thanks for accommodating !

Superb house! 😍 It's easy to go to georgetown and exit to go back.. it's just a little peak hour jam time.. then the elevator if you go up a lot of people you have to take down family members on the G floor first.. if you go up from the carpark at peak hour it's a little long to get the elevator even though the carpark is a lift.. 😁

Generally the apartment is good. Location around 10min away by cab from the old Georgetown places. Only gripe is that during peak season, having only 4 lifts to serve 40+ levels of residents means having to wait quite a bit for lift during peak hours. Host is quite friendly and accommodating though, so no complaints
