Tal como uma boa casa de família, a CA recebe muita gente nos seus 4 quartos com cama de casal, na sala com sofá-cama, na cozinha equipada, nos 2 WC e ainda na fantástica churrasqueira e forno a lenha no jardim! Ainsi on arrive facilement à Coimbra (28 km), Aveiro (77 km) ou Viseu (60 km). A proximité, nombreuses balades pédestres et jolies plages fluviales.
