Without doubt THE BEST place we've ever been on holiday ❤️. The location is just perfect if you're looking for an 'off grid' place. The mountain views are outstanding and only interrupted by the sound of the mountain goats bells which are wonderfully melodic!. The hosts were wonderful providing us with a homemade Moussaka for our arrival 👌delivering fresh eggs from their hens later in the week. Google Maps brings you right to the villa and a small hire car can make it just take your time on the windy bits! If you're a cat lover you're in for a treat as there are a few beautiful young cats to feed (food provided by owners). Pool fabulous accommodation perfect. We are already booking for next year! 💯 the perfect place to wind down and recharge away from everything we couldn't recommend enough! ps Nikolaos was super helpful when we needed support on getting a flat tyre replaced 👌

Amazing place, a very cozy house with a great garden area. Has everything you need, did not request anything else. Very clean and elegant decoration. Chrysa was a great host answering fast all our questions and even giving us instructions before we asked her. Village is a quiet place, you hear only the necessary ambient noise! Overall great experience and value for money!

What a lovely host that goes out of their way for their guests! Best host I've ever stayed with! We enjoyed some of the nicest views at Vasilis's place! The accommodation has absolutely everything you need, you can tell the host has put a lot of care and effort into it! The pool was lovely (we went in June), clean and warm and we met some cute frogs by it in the evening. The bed was very comfortable, the tap water drinkable and there was plenty of space for us to sit outside and enjoy the fresh evening air. Would recommend!!

House is utterly charming and authentically Greek village style atmosphere. Private entry courtyard is lovely with garden. Felt very at home and cozy with everything I needed. And so close to town! Dimitrios was very helpful. Even had yoga mat!

Such a beautiful view from the balcony/patio area, you see the gorgeous mountains and villages, the view never gets old. You get the views from your bedroom too! You can hear a bit of traffic from the nearby highway. And you can also hear precious goats with bells hanging from their necks walking nearby. It’s close to several beaches, the Greek villages, a great spot to get away from it all and be at peace, and have your own privacy. It’s so nice they left us a generous amount of olive oil from their grove as well as raw honey! Plus they had lots of spices, coffee, teas, some fruits and food left for our use. Lots of hot water, the heater was necessary at night (and it was quite a noisy heating system), but we were very comfortable. WiFi is a bit slow. Hosts were extremely accommodating, considerate, responsive and kind, they have great recommendations. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

Amazing villa in beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Host Maria was super flexible, understanding and helpful when our plans changed. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Ein sehrschönes typisch kretisches Natursteinhaus! Perfekter Innenhof mit Walnussbaum und Traubenpergola! Traumhaft! Immer ein schattiger Platz! Eine Außendusche zum Abkühlen. Parkplatz sogar für zwei Autos. Sehr gute Küchenausstattung! Kühlschrank war mit Wasser, Saft, Milch und Eiswürfeln gefüllt! Es gab Olivenöl, Essig, Salz, Gewürze, Wein, Kaffee, Kartoffeln..... Cookis für die Kinder! Fabelhaft! Sehr, sehr freundliche Vermieter. Im Ort gibt es Taverne und eine Bäckerei, diese sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der nächst größerte Ort Vrisses ist nur 10 Autominuten entfernt, dort gibt alles was man braucht. Alles wunderbar, sehr zu empfehlen! Vorallem für Menschen die keinen Massentorismus mögen!

Lemon Tree was a truly beautiful place to spend a week. The pool was perfect for my young children with a shallow end they could stand in and a deep end I could stand in just above my shoulders. Lots of spaces outside to sit in the shade during the height of the sun. We spent most of our time outside but the inside was spacious clean and uncluttered. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals so we didn’t need to go out. Local restaurants were so friendly and accommodating only a five minute walk from the villa. The village is very quiet and the locals are so nice. We found the bakery with luscious fresh bread. Although in a village it didn’t take long to get to bigger towns when needed, also the beach isn’t far at all. Car is required but worth it if you aren’t into the tourist areas.
