It has an outdoor patio, place to park your car and good internet connection.

Appartement avec vue magnifique et 20 mètre du nouveau télémix « le Diable », et à côté le guichet pour récupérer le ski pass. Parking de copropriété fermé. Grand Balcon plein sud avec le soleil du matin au soir comme le bâtiment est haut et sans vis à vis. À côté le centre et au calme. Canapé lit confortable avec sommier à lattes (2 personnes) et coin montagne superposé (2 personnes).

Enjoy an unforgettable stay at this unique place. This cozy studio is southwest facing the Prorel mountain. On the 1st floor of a small residence. It has a bedroom area separated by a canopy, kitchenette and a 6m2 sunny balcony. The studio was renovated in 2023. The residence enjoys free private parking. A ski shuttle is located nearby, the city center of Briançon is less than km away.
