This spacious apartment with over 155 m² of living space has been integrated into a former hayloft of a former farm in the idyllic Efkebüll. It offers relaxed living on two levels and a special lighting concept: in the morning, the sun greets the bathroom and kitchen, during the day it wanders into the spacious living and dining area and in the evening it bids farewell in the bedroom. Generosity, spaciousness and the undisturbed view through the lush window front characterise the living experience.

Strand, Innenstadt und Bahnhof sind zu Fuß in ca. 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen, der nächste Supermarkt in direkter Nähe. Hunde sind bei uns herzlich willkommen!

Lovingly furnished house

Welcome to the southwest of Pellworm Island. The house is located on the road that circles the entire island with views of the lighthouse and dike. The nearest crossing to the dike is Westerweg in about 800 m. The nearest swimming area is Kaydeich/lighthouse. The large central children's playground and recreation hall and the mini-golf course are within walking distance. It is recommended to bring bicycles or rent them. The house is about 130 square meters.

The upper apartment "borben" impresses with its view over the island's interior and the quiet location. In a dream location - 150 meters from the most beautiful Nordstrand beach Fuhlehörn - is the enchanting Nordstrand Mermaid House with two apartments. This small 40 sqm apartment on the ground floor is ideally suited for two people. On request, three people can stay here. The third person can sleep in the alcove under the stairs. The bedroom can be closed by a door. Above this sea-like apartment is the Nordstrandnixe über Land.

Entspann dich in dieser lichtdurchfluteten und gemütlichen Unterkunft und genieße den Blick in den schönen Garten. Die Wohnung liegt auf meinem Hof im Süden und ist darum herrlich hell. Hier im Bupheverkoog kannst du erholsame Ruhe genießen. Meine Kinder toben mal im Garten und die Schafe und Rinder hörst du auch ab und zu. Rauchen ist weder in der Wohnung noch auf dem Hof gestattet.

The house can be booked for 4 persons. Cozy warm with oven and sauna. Beach and shopping are within walking or cycling distance . You will love my accommodation because of the peace and the good air and the kilometer-wide view over the fields as well as the immaculate condition. My place is suitable for couples, solo travelers, and families.
