Monthly Rentals in Pelham

I can't say enough good things. The words in the guest book, can be re-used for posting on airbnb. I do have a question: Can you use a painting, over the bed. I have a beautiful serene/peaceful painting to give to you, if you would like to see it. It is a lake scene surrounded by woods. Just pleasant. The size is about 3 feet x 4 ft aprox. It's a lovely space, exactly as it looks in the photos. Everything was clean and tidy. Communication and instructions were easy and thoughtful. I would definitely stay again, and recommend!

My teenage son and I loved our stay! I loved the peaceful setting, the absolutely amazing bed and the outdoor seating. He loved all the gadgets and the all natural snacks left for us by Alison! From lights with a wide array of settings to sensores garbage cans to automatic hand soap, he was in gadget heaven. Plus, there were lots of games to play to cut screen time and bond as a family. One thing to consider when staying here is there is not a full kitchen so if you want to cook lots while here, it’s best to stay in the warmer months for the grill and outdoor sink - otherwise you can enjoy all the great restaurants and heat your leftovers in the microwave on beautiful stoneware dishes like we did! We can’t wait to come back. Thank you Alison for a great stay!!!

Sarah and David were extremely friendly and welcoming hosts. They did their best to accommodate our needs, making us feel comfortable while away from home. I really enjoyed my time at their cozy loft, which is nestled near beautiful woods perfect for walks. The space was clean, stylishly designed, and just the right size for a couple. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed—from quality cookware to a great coffee setup—which made cooking during our stay easy and enjoyable. It was quiet and peaceful—an ideal getaway year-round.
