Cozy approx. 45 square meter, independent apartment. The mountains, many lakes, the Lech and beautiful excursion destinations (fairy tale forest) are close by. Bathroom with toilet and shower, bedroom, living room, kitchen. High chair, children's travel bed, potty, baby bath are available on request. Toys for small and large children. Just relax and unwind – in this quiet, stylish place. The house, built in 1898 and lovingly restored by us in 2023, is located quietly and in the middle of a rural environment. Cycling and hiking trails, alpine sports, but also cultural treasures such as Neuschwanstein Castle or the Wieskirche are nearby. In the evening, you can end the day with a glass of wine by one of the (3) open fireplaces or enjoy Bavarian specialties in one of the surrounding inns.

There is also a lot on offer for sports enthusiasts!

Our holiday home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architectural house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
