Our stay at Nikos place was only for a quick overnight stay however I wish we could have stayed longer. Perfectly sized for a couple with a lovely outlook to the Meteora’s from the deck. Easy walk to local taverna with delicious fare. Great value for money and Nikos was a very obliging and gracious host.

We stayed 3 days (2 nights) and it was very pleasant to stay. The apartment is very centrally located next to everything. The communication with Vassilis was very direct and friendly.

I visited the city with KTEL for work and the place was exactly what I wanted. Affordable and welcoming with an organized kitchen. I didn't have any issues with my stay.

The hostess Mrs. Virginia was very kind, very pleasant and friendly!!! The house is in the city center and we didn't have to take a vehicle to get around. It's all next door! It was comfortable, clean and warm and fully equipped!!! I highly recommend it😊!!!

Nice place, with thoughtful themed decor (Christmas). Clean, tidy accommodation with easy access. 10 minutes drive from the castle of Ioannina. We would choose it again

It was absolutely the most beautiful place to stay for our family before a wedding. Within walking distance of everything, and with off street secure parking. By far the most beautiful AirBNB I have ever seen.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The apartment has everything you need and a nice little balcony to sit out on. There is aircon too if it gets too warm. It’s only a short walk to the marina and the streets with restaurants and bars. Andreea was extremely helpful and always responded quickly. We were able to check in early and check out late which really helped with our plans and we are very grateful for being able to do this.

The hosts were amazing! They welcomed us warmly and the showed us everything about the Airbnb. They had prepared small gifts for us which was very thoughtful ♥️ The Airbnb was fully equipped, very clean and convenient. We loved our stay there !!!

Very new apartment and amenities. Air conditioning worked great. Questions were answered directly through the chat. You always found a parking spot in front of the door. The path to downtown is pleasant (about 5 minutes).

My wife and I could not have asked for a better stay! From check-in to check- out everything was perfect! We cannot wait to come back next summer! Thank you Niko and family for a wonderful experience!

Dimitra's apartment is a gem! My parents and I LOVED the accommodation as it is tastefully decorated with all the amenities one might need and then some. Dimitra pays attention to detail and does not miss a thing. The house was spotless and beautiful and in an ideal location! Dimitra is a lovely host who went out of her way for us, provided snacks, and even a stunning bouquet of roses. Would love to visit again if the opportunity should arise and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone considering. Thanks Dimitra! <3

Our stay at this luxurious apartment was just perfect! Everything was just as described – or even better. The apartment was incredibly nicely decorated, very stylish and above all spotlessly clean. There was really nothing missing – from small details to high-quality amenities, everything was available. The jacuzzi was an absolute highlight: super clean, perfectly maintained and ideal for relaxing. We immediately felt comfortable and welcome. We can highly recommend this place and would love to come back. Thank you for this wonderful stay!

Close to airport as I wanted it. Quiet and peaceful.

Place is clean and beautiful. Views are spectacular. If you are unable to go up stairs to the third floor, it might not be ideal. But for everyone else, I highly recommend staying here!
