An excellent place, very central and accessible, you will not find a better location. The apartment is clean and organized with everything you need for your stay. With Juan Pablo, very good communication, attentive to inquiries at the entrance and exit of the premises, giving directions so that everything is simple and expeditious. He also made it easy for us to bring a small pet one day and was understanding when we told him that we broke a glass, which we were able to solve with him. Everything excellent, recommended.

The area is quite quiet and close to Ohiggins Park, the instructions given by Rosa quite clear and the accommodation had everything described. However, there were certain specific things that needed to be improved, for example the window towards the balcony/terrace, which was broken. Also, in the bathroom we found quite a few hairs especially in the tub. Maybe, be a little more thorough with the cleanliness, but overall very nice stay.

We had a very pleasant surprise when we arrived at the apartment, as it is modern, very clean, and has a super nice decoration! Perfect utensils and Daly is always super helpful, guiding us in everything! We stayed 5 days and left missing our little house in Chile! We will definitely choose it on a return to Chile! A highlight is the bed, which is very comfortable and warm! Waking up and seeing the Andes is priceless! Quiet neighborhood, we feel safe all the time, very family friendly! It's not worth 10, it's not worth 1000!

Apartment with a good location, safe, family atmosphere in the condominium, right in front there is a minimarket that has everything, and Alejandro answers any questions or queries quickly.

We had a great time staying in Vitacura. The Penthouse was lovely and spacious. They left a nice bottle of wine for us upon arrival. The patio was FANTASTIC with views of the entire city practically. We loved the openness of the space. The beds and the bedrooms were so clean and comfortable. The master bathroom shower was really wonderful. Great hot water!! The second bathroom had some issues with the shower control and sink faucet, but we just didn't use them. The kitchen was very clean and had most of what we needed to cook and eat in. Only negative would be the condition of the main sofa in the living space. The main seating and pillows are a bit dirty and in need of a good cleaning or replacement. The neighborhood was lovely. It was very safe with quiet streets, close to excellent restaurants and a grocery. The only negative would be that it's a bit of a walk to the metro, however Uber was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

Apartment was clean and roomy, great location, great shopping and food, and great views from apartment. I loved the nice big Jacuzzi, very relaxing after long day at work. Priscilla was very helpful when I got lost and helped me find my way, lol...and was very accommodating when I was running late to pick my luggage up to check out. Thank you for everything.

Excellent place. I went to be close to the Dávila clinic for an operation and it was a perfect stay, shops, supermarket and transportation. Plus the mall. Communication was essential, since the entrance by car requires attention, but if you follow the instructions to the letter, there are no problems. The apartment is impeccable with the essentials for cooking and spending a few quiet days. Very attentive and respond quickly. Thank you very much and I would definitely come back.
