This is a house attached to the main house (formerly it was a block) that we renovated in 2015 with great enthusiasm and a desire for you to enjoy it. Overlooking Santander Bay (considered one of the 10 most beautiful bays in the world) and Picos de Europa. It is located in the center of Pedreña, a small coastal town of just 1,500 inhabitants, mostly shellfish gatherers, golfers (Severiano Ballesteros) and rowers. It has a small beach ideal for families and without crowds.

La Casuca de Margot is in Agüero, a small green village very quiet, close to beautiful beaches and very well connected to 4 minutes from the A-8, which allows you to visit the region comfortably. My casuca is built in the traditional way, with a exposed wooden structure, which makes it very cozy. It's attached to another casuca, which is managed by another owner. Each has its own private garden, with a parking spot.
