Apartment with a great location in one of the best areas of Malaga, just 700 meters from the beach, and very close to entertainment areas, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, buses and highway. Sunny, bright and quiet, occupies the first floor of a villa. It has access through the garden, with private use of part of it. Its 45 square meters are distributed in a bedroom, with a bed of 150, private bathroom and kitchen-living room with sofa bed of 135.

We live in a beautiful area of Malaga, where stately houses from the last century mix with one of Malaga's most traditional fishing neighborhoods. A stone's throw from the beach, the promenade and the best sunsets in Malaga; but also a 10-minute bus ride from downtown.
