Superb spacious and well-located villa with a great view! Awesome pool and tennis class Big tables for eating out There are enough sunbeds for everyone We had a lovely time at this beautiful villa It is just missing a large oven (there is a mini oven that troubleshoot well) and be careful the washing machine is in a residence next door and for a fee (€4 laundry detergent)

Beautiful house in a stunning location. Pool was great. Perfect for a large family. Owners were very helpful and available when needed. Rooms were hot overnight but this is expected in peak summer in Italy.

Stunning home in the middle of a lovely vineyard (Probably one of the best homes on AirBnB). It's even more beautiful in person - full of art, thoughtful design/luxury finishes, and Tuscan charm. Highly reccomend!!

We loved our stay at Andrea’s villa. I think it somehow looks even better than the photos online. She was so helpful with sending recommendations for private drivers, chefs, wineries etc. Truly, I’m so grateful for how responsive and helpful she was. My only request or comment is that the house had a very strong odor of like dust or just being closed off which was really off putting upon arrival. It was a little embarrassing when my guests arrived and I had to apologize for the smell. I wish the house would have been opened up prior to our arrival so the odor was not the first impression. The smell did go away after the second day of having the doors and windows opened. I would definitely stay again. The location is private and absolutely beautiful!

Lovely place and perfectly done, as advertised. Helpful owner and great local recommendations too. Very clean and neat. So wonderful to arrive and have a crib set up, and baby high chair as requested, etc. Had a perfect experience!

Five friends made to feel very welcome to this beautiful spacious villa with a lovely pool set amongst olive groves. The scenery that surrounded us was beautiful. Invited to Mark's villa who shared his knowledge and history of the olive groves which was very interesting and the hospitality received was first class (vino and yummy bruschetta's). This was the perfect place to stay and would highly recommend.

The house was amazing, perfect fit for our group of 10 people. The main house as well as the additional apartment were very clean, well equipped with everything you need and the highlight was the pool and jacuzzi. Great place to calm down and have private space with some friends or a big family. The check-in was easy and the lady was very friendly, had some suggestions for our stay and is professional. The property was clean, cute tuscany decorations of the rooms and all in all it felt like home.

If you are looking for authenric Tuscany experience this is it from the beautiful villa and the view to furnitue and other little details. It is secluded, paeceful and ful of character. You will love your stay here and Cesare is a great host.

The villa is gorgeous scenic experience with views of the Tuscan hills. We came in Winter so we couldn’t use the lovely pool but enjoyed a wine tasting just up the street at Tenuta Maria Teresa. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and we loved congregating in the living room to play games. We cooked meals in the kitchen and had what we needed. It was very private and tranquil location 12 minutes from Lucca. The hosts were friendly, communicative, and worked with us easily on check in and out times even letting us arrive early. It is typical in Italy to pay for heat consumption, came out to 226 euro for three days even when turning it low when gone for the day so just something to keep in mind as it is a large villa. Overall, a lovely experience and highly recommend the location. We’d come back.

A great place for a large group! Loved the outdoor space and view. A truly beautiful home. An overall great stay. Tentative manager. Pros: - Spacious house - Many rooms - Outdoor space - Games/kids supplies - Charging Adapters - Washer & Dryer - Many bathrooms Cons: - Not a self check-in. It was stressful coordinating with the manager while trying to travel and coordinate with our large group. - Hot tub wasn’t clear on how to heat and we would have loved to have it full and warm for arrival after a long travel day for us and the kids. - Downstairs bed was very firm. - We didn’t have enough dishwasher pods, toilet paper or paper towels for our group so we had to buy some. I feel that should be included.

Very nice place with everything you need for a successful vacation. The kitchen and especially outdoor kitchen were well equipped to easily cook nice dinners for a bigger group. The pool was very nice. The house was clean and the bathrooms looked completely renovated. The best part was the hospitality of the owners. Very welcoming people that know the answer to all your questions about the area. Would recommend!

Everything in the villa is new, immaculate, and thoughtfully arranged. The outdoor spaces are exceptional, featuring a ground-level dining area and a rooftop patio with lounge chairs and breathtaking views. The location is convenient and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and pharmacies. It is a five-minute drive to the stunning beach and promenade of Lido di Camaiore. We went on day trips for sightseeing to Pietrasanta, Pisa, Lucca, Livorno, Carrara, and San Gimignano, where we enjoyed wine tasting and a cooking class in the beautiful Tuscan hills. Massimo is a five-star PLUS superhost. He was passionate about providing recommendations for dining and day trips, which made our visit truly exceptional. I highly recommend staying here, and I can't wait to stay again on my next trip to Tuscany.

We had a marvelous stay at Villa Sestuccia. The house is spacious, as are the grounds. Both are well maintained. There is ample room with different areas to relax indoors and outside. We communicated with Briggita who was quick to respond, always friendly and always helpful. We particularly liked the location which has easy access to many spots of interest and restaurants. We enjoyed collecting eggs in the morning for our breakfast - such a fun touch. We highly recommend Villa Sestuccia and would not hesitate to stay here again.

The stay was wonderful! The villa was amazing, the views, the furniture, the rooms and the pool. We were so happy to be there. The rooms were new and clean. Every detail was taken care of. Christina was incredibly helpful and always available. Without her, we'd be lost. Unfortunately, we often had private problems and every time she helped us and brought us solutions. For me and my friends, this stay was unforgettable!

We traveled with a family of 8 and this rental was more than we could have dreamed of. There was plenty of space with bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The grounds were luxurious, and we ordered the grocery service, so the kitchen accommodations were wonderful for breakfast and coffee. We enjoyed the welcome cocktail and evening pizza service as well. The host was extremely responsive to every request and helped us significantly with taxi service as well. We all had a wonderful, relaxing time! Thank you so much.

House, location: right by the sea, fantastic views, spectacular sunsets, large house with special architecture offers plenty of space and privacy, ideal for a large family. Various garden terrace areas. Everything very well maintained and well equipped. Camilla is a very warm and competent host. We will be happy to come back!

I have so much positive to say about this place! Despite what some reviews mention about the drive, it's absolutely worth it. There's a small restaurant just 2-3 minutes away, easy access to the city, and you're only about an hour from Pisa and some beaches. The house was perfect—everything well thought out and worth every penny. The pool was amazing, and the host was very responsive. If you're visiting in autumn or spring, bring warm clothes for the chilly evenings. We were sad to leave, and I can't wait to come back to this dreamy property!

The property and grounds are amazing. The town nearby was fun to visit with everything you need and lots to see. You are also in easy driving range of the other main Tuscany towns. We had a wonderful week at Vincenzo's house. We were 2 families with children (5 total). The spaces in the house were perfect to accommodate everyone. The location, a 15-minute drive from the beaches of Lido di Camaiore and 35 minutes from beautiful Lucca, turned out to be perfect. Away from the chaos, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. Vincenzo is also a super host! Friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommended.

We had a truly excellent holiday cooking, playing tennis, and exploring nearby towns. Our hosts were very attentive via text and in person, and helped us plan all of the additional activities we wished. Our group would unanimously return, given the chance. Highly recommend!
