Hey there! Thanks for checking us out. Pipa's Place is a freshly renovated 2 bedroom apartment in close vicinity to Ljubljana's city centre. If it was a person you could describe it as very friendly with a touch of sophistication, with a welcoming soul and modern spirit. The lush interior is enveloped with a 1000 sq m garden where you can take a stroll, have a barbecue or just sit under a 100 year old yew tree and plan your trip ahead - you'll probably want to stay at Pipa's place though.

Green House Bled 2

In the past, Green House with big green garden was my parents' farmhouse. We ventured into tourism in 2017 by renting out a room. In 2021 we demolished the old house and built a new one. House is just 10 minutes walking to lake Bled. There are two apartments on the first floor, both have a balcony with separate entrances and there is a shared washing machine in the common hallway. The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is located just 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in beautiful Western Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently there are great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.

The apartment is only 350 meters to the lake, restaurants and shops. Villa Krivec

We are located just a 2-minute walk from Lake Bled. We offer 2 en-suite rooms with a kitchenette, but there is no dining table, meaning you can only serve simple food such as stew. In addition to the building, there is also a common living area with a dining table that our guests can use. Tourist tax is not included in the price, it is 3,13 EUR/night for adults and 50% of that for kids from 7 to 18 years. Kids under 7 don't pay tourist tax.

The "1A Chalet" Klippitzrast is our sunny alpine house. At 1500 meters above sea level, you are in the idyllic hiking area. To the Wörthersee beach in 1 hour. You can relax in the indoor sauna. Towels/linens/coffee capsules INCLUDED IN THE PRICE! The beds have been upgraded with high-quality mattresses. A 50" UHD TV with entertainment system is another highlight. In summer, the spacious panoramic terrace invites you to grill.

Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

New apartment close to the lake

My place is close to the lake (10-minute walk) but in a very peaceful area with great views of the Julian Alps and the Karavanke. You’ll love my place because of the new and cozy apartment very close to all the sights. I used to be a tourist guide and I will be happy to tell you a lot about Bled and the surrounding. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
