Had a wonderful stay at this new house! It is really nice and modernly furnished, and everything was very clean and well maintained. The host was very friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The house is well suited for a relaxing holiday, and we really enjoyed the time there. Absolutely recommended! great we have enjoyed the only thing we missed is a sofa where you can relax in the evening that really should be in the kitchen at the dining table with corner sofa not bad but at some point it's not really nice but again that is only rest ia fantastic thanks for the super nice time

This is a fantastic house in a beautiful location. Everything is clean and clutter-free. A herd of sheep lives in the fenced meadow under the house. You can spend hours watching them from the open living room, immersed in the tranquility of the surroundings 🐑. When booking the place, I was worried there would be no AC, as summers are known to be hot in Czechia. Fortunately, the house is on a hill, and there's always a light breeze. Opening the windows is enough for a comfortable stay and sleep, even on a hot day. The internet connection is OK for browsing and one Zoom call. When we had two parallel Zoom calls, it started to lag, and one of us had to leave. Romana responds very fast and helps with every detail of your stay. She offered to let us use the veggies from her garden, so we had yummy, fresh salads every day 🥗.

The stay was great, very welcoming, ideal for a family, and self check-in helps a lot for people like us who come from far away and have no expected arrival time. A wonderful place, it seems to take from a movie, a lot of peace, a super quiet area, a beautiful landscape and for those who come with the initial idea of getting to know the capital like us, will not regret renting in this area because it is also very beautiful.

We had a great time. Very close to skiing and town. Perfect with kids. Maybe update the address as Google sends us somewhere else.

It‘s a really nice house and we had a wonderful stay. We were 9 people and had enough space. There are five bedrooms, three bathrooms one living room, kitchen and big terrace. See you again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Milan's place. He and his wife really did a great job on the accommodation, it was roomy, clean and felt like coming home. The garden is also very nice, and has a spot for the guests to sit. Milan was very friendly, responsive and helpful, with good local tips. Overall highly recommended place to stay.

Thank you Kasia for your great hospitality. The house is great, we were there as a big family and enjoyed the weekend to the maximum. Outside by the campfire we cooked a delicious winter stew, inside everyone sat around the fireplace, playing games chatting and laughing. The beautiful house is in a great location – right next to a stream and there is a beautiful, large garden with a small bridge over the stream where you can directly enter the forest. There are several seating options outside and a fireplace and a huge conservatory with 2 levels where you can hear it splashing wonderfully in the rain. On the ground floor, the living/dining room and kitchen are connected, and on the first floor, there are 4 rooms. All really great and each with its own bathroom. We were 8 adults with 3 small children – that worked out great. Ludmilla was very friendly and helpful and her little dog accompanied us faithfully on excursions :). In addition, a huge basket of fresh strawberries was waiting for us as a greeting in the kitchen. Thank you for the lovely welcome and the wonderful time in this very lovingly designed house!

We had a very nice and relaxed time. The neighbours were very friendly although our dogs preferred to be in their garden😂 than with us. The sauna with this view is indescribable. Terrace the same. There are an incredible number of hiking trails from the house, a week is too short here. Before I forget, everything is clean and in new condition and the garden is beautifully maintained. I'm sure we'll be back.

Fantastic stay in the countryside with a view of the mountains. Very friendly host. They even baked us a cake on our first day. I would definitely recommend this stay.

The place was very nice. The cottage is part of a recreational area, you can't see it from the photos, but it doesn't matter. The cottage is relatively close to the road, but the noise is not heard at all. The rooms were clean and spacious, comfortable. Generous living space with kitchen. I recommend

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The house is very tasteful and lovingly furnished. We were able to ski directly in Benecko for boarding. About a half hour drive away is a larger ski resort, Spindlermühle. We were totally snowed in but had everything we needed. The sauna and wood stove with free firewood have provided a lot of coziness. Ondrej has simply thought of everything to give his guests an unforgettable holiday. We fully recommend the place.

Home is perfektny! You need it to disposition. Quality furnishings and appliances. Minimalistly furnished, but you immediately feel at home. Nice view of the apartment. A landscaped garden with barbecue and terrace. Jana is very kind and proactive in communicating. Also suitable for families with children. Highly recommend! Thank you for your stay!

Petr was very friendly, responsive and helpful. The house is perfect for friends or family. The surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful. Many hikes around the house. The garden is beautiful and perfect for eating outside or just enjoying the sun. Definitely recommend and plan to come again!
