We highly recommend this beautiful spacious home with its gorgeous ocean view. The veranda’s got lovely furniture to enjoy your relaxing time outside. The house is clean & well equipped. That fireplace is so amazing! Not sure who had more fun, us or our border collie! We’ll be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Thalassa! Beautiful beach cabin with everything we needed. Awesome location and so peaceful. Sally was a great host and pro-active in all the communication.

Amazing house with great views over the ocean. Located within a stonethrow of the beach with easy access to all Hermanus has to offer. Fall asleep and wake up to the sounds of crashing waves. Has every amenity you could need to make your stay comfortable and our dogs absolutely loved it too !

Had a lovely stay in Onrus, walking distance to a stunning beach and to the local restaurant. The house itself is stunning, well looked after and was absolutely perfect. Would definitely stay again!

Such a fabulous weekend! The house is well positioned, light, airy and really well equipped with everything you need. Towels, linen, soaps and extra welcome gifts of wine fruit and milk didn’t go unnoticed. Thanks for a truly super stay and allowing our doggies to stay too. Elke's farmhouse was the perfect place for our family reunion. We needed somewhere where we could all just hang out and catch up and this was the perfect spot with exquisite views. The house is spacious, with very tasteful and quirky decor which we loved. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Elke gave very clear access instructions and we were warmly greeted by the farm manager. Thank you for a wonderful weekend, Elke!

My family has a great time at Cara’s. The house is spacious and comfortable. Our two dogs were safe and couldn’t escape the property while enjoying downtime during the day. Close the beach and central Hermanus (a good launchpad).

So enjoyed our weekend away! It was peaceful and we had beautiful weather as well - which was surprising for June. Walking distance to and from the beach. Enjoyed the fire pit area and chats around the fire and the pool. Good kitchen facilities and sleeping accommodation. Everything was clean. The neighborhood also felt safe. Claudette is also a very good host - very helpful and responsive with queries pre-check-in and throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at the house on the rocks tremendously. It is a bright and spacious house with all essential basics. The pool is absolutely stunning and the view... unbelievably beautiful. If you love the ocean, you will enjoy this house. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise from your bed and the sunset from the pool. Climbing on the rocks with the kids - tons of fun. The communication with the host was great too. Simon gaves us good advice and had lots of recommendations for the area. We'd book the house on the rocks again anytime.

We loved our stay at Lydia's place in Hermanus. Beautiful mountain views, garden and birds, and direct access to mountain walks whilst reasonably close to Voelklip beach. It had all the amenities that our family needed and a lovely authentic and rustic feel.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway and had an amazing time.The house was spotless and exactly as described. We especially loved the quiet surroundings and the beautiful view.,we had games and the house is so big ,clean and kitchen has everything.The host was super helpful and made check-in easy..The only small issue we had was the inverter kept on tripping but they fixed it for us we enjoyed our stay . Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend away for group of friends or family, I will not mind coming back again .

Beautiful place to stay with lots to do. The farm is great for hiking, running and cycling but also just to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

What a lovely, tranquil, and peaceful stay! The home was spotless and truly one of the best and most well-equipped places we’ve ever stayed in. From the spacious and comfortable bedrooms to the pristine bathrooms and the thoughtful amenities throughout, everything was designed to make our stay incredibly enjoyable and stress-free. Even though the weather wasn’t the best- the home was so cosy to spend in doors as well, but definitely booking it during summertime to get to experience it then as well. Overall, a fantastic experience—10/10, would definitely recommend, with a lovely host/cohost to make it a great experience.

A gem of a spot. Even better than the photos. Spacious. Really well and thoughtfully designed and curated. Loved the art work, the outside space was fantastic and the kitchen was very well equipped. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property—though calling it a "cottage" feels like an understatement, as it's actually a spacious, stunning home. There were three adults, two kids, and two dogs in our group, and the location was perfect for everyone. At one point, my dogs managed to find a way out of the fenced area (they only ventured into the farm, not off the property), which turned out to be a minor inconvenience due to the burrs they picked up. However, the team quickly took care of re-securing the fence. The staff was exceptional and incredibly attentive, even going above and beyond by cleaning my car without being asked. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the daily visits from the beautiful herd of cows- such a charming touch! We absolutely loved it! I highly recommend this property- truly outstanding in every way.

Location, brilliant. Accommodation, 5 star. Host was genuine, generous, friendly, helpful and in simple words...wonderful. personal touches wgere added to make the stay unforgettable. The tranquility and quietness was key. Pet friendly and truly PET FRIENDLY. Loved it!

A wonderful cottage with absolutely amazing views. Felt at home right away. Host went out of their way to accommodate a small request and as a bonus we were not affected by the power outage in the area due to the solar system and batteries installed. I can highly recommend, we will be back.

Wayne and Dallias cottage was a piece of heaven - with views to die for! Tracy was a fabulous hostess! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!
