Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Peaks Island

We absolutely loved our stay. This was our first time in Portland and coming back to this unit after a full day of activities felt like we were right at home. Lucie has truly made this unit so warm and inviting with great attention to detail. The location itself is also great, not too far from the city to drive but not too close either. Thanks again!

John was responsive and flexible. The area was quiet, an easy walk to the water and close to some nice restaurants. Also, an easy and quick ride to downtown. His place was clean and comfortable. Great place to stay if you are visiting Portland.

We loved staying at Amelia’s place! It is super cute and even more spacious than the photos show. Our group of 5 had plenty of room to spread out in 2 living spaces and a big kitchen. We loved the location. It’s very walkable to the Eastern Promenade, restaurants, bakery, and even into Old Port and other areas of Portland. Amelia was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. We would love to stay at Amelia’s place again.

We stayed here for a short trip through Maine — the listing was as described and Kimberly was friendly and easy to communicate with. We appreciated how well stocked the apartment was, including with a few snacks and drinks. Location was within walking distance to a couple of great bakeries (Tandem and Zu) and restaurants (Canteen Calafia). As a note, this apartment is located on the first floor of an older building, so you may hear footsteps from the upstairs tenants. This was not an issue for us, and there were earplugs available. The bathroom is rather small (as described in the listing), but my partner, who is larger, didn’t have any issues.

The apartment was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again if we’re ever back in Portland.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen und man kann Portland problemlos zu Fuss erkunden. Es hat viele Restaurants etc. in der Nähe, die Auswahl ist gross. Sharon und Eric waren perfekte Hosts und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Auch der private Parkplatz ist ein grosses Plus. Vielen Dank Sharon&Eric für einen super Aufenthalt und das wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Wir werden wieder kommen!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Taylor’s place. Home was very well appointed and comfortable. Location was great, and the neighborhood was quiet and convenient. Great start for our two week trip in New England.

We rented the house for a Happy occasion, our daughter’s wedding. The space was bright, open, clean and able to accommodate the activities and relaxed, feel that we were trying to achieve. The breezes off the waterway, three blocks down and around us was easily achieved by just opening a few windows. No air conditioning needed whatsoever though each room was well appointed with same. The third floor is a magical space, though we were unable to fully utilize due to the circular staircase. Our upstairs guests measured too tall and too broad to navigate easily. Laundry room, extra pillows, and so many towels available made it easy to be comfortable We will long remember this happy home as ours during the most special time of our daughter’s wedding. We hail from New York but lived in Portland (in Rudy’s place) for those five days. Grateful. We would recommend the space to anyone who asked and would come back again. Thank you

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

My family and I stayed at Michael and Naomi's home in Falmouth and we had a blast! Their home is lovely and comfortably fit 4 adults and a toddler. We visited in August and had a couple of sticky days and were so happy that they had AC units throughout the home. This allowed our toddler to nap and us to relax in comfort. Their kitchen was well stocked with various coffees, creamers and all the cookware we needed to make our meals. The home was a short walk away from Mackworth Island and a quick 5m drive to Portland. It made getting around so easy! Michael and Naomi were very responsive and flexible with our arrangements and we would absolutely stay in the future! We loved it.

Angela’s place was wonderful! Very cozy, clean and comfortable, well stocked, close to downtown Portland. Snacks was a nice touch! Angela was very responsive. Hope to come back soon!

We loved our time staying here, the house was beautiful and just as described/ seen in the pictures. Randy was a great host and always very responsive with some great local recommendations. Would definitely love to return!

Perfect location right in the middle of all the popular restaurants and shops. Very clean and more spacious than we expected. Complex was quite inside. We didn’t hear noise from the other condos. We were there on a Saturday night so we could hear some of the nearby bars and music but that was to be expected given the location.

This condo was the perfect base for exploring Portland—secure parking made it easy to come and go, and we were just steps from great restaurants and the waterfront. The space was bright, modern, and spotless, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home.

Christopher was a helpful host and his place was perfect! Clean, fully stocked, great location. It was close to lots of beaches and restaurants and the pool was great for the little ones

What a fantastic place to stay in Portland! Stephen's apartment is beautifully decorated, and is very well appointed. There was nothing that we needed while staying there! The apartment is so comfortable, was impeccably clean, and was the perfect home away from home. All the best restaurants, and some local favorites, are within walking distance. Lots of shopping and places to explore are also walkable. Stephen was an awesome host, he was very responsive, checked in to make sure we were happy and to see if we needed anything, and gave amazing recommendations for places to eat. We had such a wonderful time, and we look forward to coming back and staying here in the future. We highly recommend Stephen's place to stay!

Great place to stay if you want to be close to downtown but with a larger, comfortable space. The place is exactly as described, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. No dollar store products here! The ground coffee and half and half really made it feel like we were staying at a friend’s home.

Great location! This condo was so close to everything it made getting around without a car super easy! Laundry is a great perk for longer stays!
