Your private, renovated flat occupies the top floor of our elevated home. We live in the floor below and use a separate entrance. We do not allow children under 14 and guests must be at least 24 years old.

Private living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, with private porch w/great sunset view and private entry. 1 mile from the beach, 3/4 mile to the Folly Beach landing and water sport rentals, and 3/4 mile from Center Street Folly Beach where there are great shops, restaurants, and activity rentals. Has a yard with great views. Dock free unless you use for your boat/kayak. $25/night for kayak, $60/night for boat.

Island Bungalow on Bowens Island

Island Bungalow, located on Bowens Island, a one bedroom 400 sq ft stand alone cottage on the Folly River as part of the owners property with deep water dock with sunset views. Fishing/crabbing/boating/paddle boarding/kayaking available right on the island. Cottage is nestled among mature oak and palm trees for that relaxing island ambiance. A walk down the dirt road is the world famous Bowens Island Restaurant, Folly Beach 2 miles by car or bike, 15 minutes to Charleston. LIC#LIC009777

Smile House

The Smile house shares a porch area with the main house/Inn at Beachside. The 2 king bed/2 bath beach cottage (formerly Christy's dental office) has since been converted back and filled with Folly charm! Amenities include fully equipped kitchen, living areas, as well as a large front porch! Paid parking is available across the street, however there is parking in front on a first come first serve basis. Due to the great location, many guests never use their car once they have arrived.

Large Guesthouse with Private Dock & Marsh Views

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on.
