Ground floor: living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom/toilet, bedroom (bed 160 x 200). UPSTAIRS: storage landing and reading area, bedroom (two beds 80 x 200, one is convertible to 160 x 200). The proximity to our home allows us to provide you (on request) with a washing machine/dryer (common independent cellar). Shared garden (not enclosed) and not private.

A real slice of heaven Protected by the calm of the forest in the heart of the golden triangle, this authentic Périgourdine is located in a magical hamlet 15 minutes from Sarlat. Rare and atypical, this house is my treasure! ⚠️2 adorable cats are to be fed during your stay. This accommodation has three real independent bedrooms, a large living room and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Caroline the turtle will be with you, very discreet, at the bottom of the garden. You'll just have to feed her!
