Salamander Chalet

Geniet van de rust, het uitzicht en het comfort van dit stijlvolle chalet. Zeer geschikt als romantisch uitje of even bijkomen in de natuur met je gezin. Wij zitten op 650 meter hoogte, in een hete zomer is het altijd iets koeler dan in het dal en met een briesje, heel aangenaam. In de nacht koelt het meer af en is het lekker slapen. Een airco hebben wij niet nodig. Honden zijn welkom, € 15 per verblijf. Voor de winter is er een houtkachel. Wij leveren een kruiwagen met stookhout voor €15.

The chalet is intended to accommodate 1 person as well as to accommodate up to 8 people ,the rate is calculated according to the number of people please specify in the booking settings the number of people present during the stay A booking for 2 people does not give access to the upper floor The sleeping area on the ground floor (160/200 bed with sheets provided) is separated from the living room by blackout curtains Upstairs a large single open room with 3 double beds ( 140/190 )

The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

Built in a wooden frame on an agricultural trailer base, it is a real little house. Particularly well insulated (wood wool and cellulose wadding) and equipped with a wood stove, it is habitable in any season and will offer you magnificent views of the snow-capped mountains in winter.
