Holiday rentals with a patio in Payallar

It was very peaceful and fun to stay here. It's a wonderful place where you can feel at home. the location of the house was also very good. Everything was beautiful, thank you.

The apartment is located in a very nice complex with many offers. Everything is within walking distance. Adem was very friendly and the communication impeccable. We were somewhat bothered by the fact that we had to specify the check-in and check-out times exactly, although a self check-in is specified. This is very limited in flexibility. In the future, a little more attention must be paid to the cleanliness ( e.g. crumbs in the oven from other guests). We were still completely satisfied and would be happy to come back.

Apartment is immaculate with everything you would need. I have found with other Airbnbs the kitchen ware is a little sparse but there was plenty of utensils etc so I was able to cook properly. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and there are two small markets next door for small essentials. From the balcony you can just about see the sea which was nice. The building was very quiet when I visited. Host was always responsive to messages and polite. I would definitely stay again 🙂

Sertach was a great host . He was always available and was always happy to help and assist with any of our questions. Communication was just perfect. The apartment is luxurious. It is equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances right down to juicers and food processors. The beds are very comfortable. The towels are of good quality. We very much enjoyed our stay and also noted the excellent service from the owner. We recommend this place to all who want to relax in complete comfort. Thank you very much for everything. We will definitely come back

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Aysel for her interest. The house was very well equipped for my family of 5. Its proximity to many important points was important. The sea was wonderful. You just had to walk a little. We usually went to the beach by car. The pool of the site was clean and not crowded.

Yaman came into contact with us, was helpful and available. He lives with his family on the ground floor, who welcomed us hospitably. The dog and the three cats of the house are sweet and confiding. The place is quiet, the beach is about 10 minutes, supermarkets are right around the corner. From the spacious loggia of the attic apartment you can look all the way to the beach. If I were to go to Avsallar again, I would book with Yaman again

A private villa with a pool, located 1.2 km from the sea. The kitchen is well-equipped with more than enough utensils, and the interior decoration is both tasteful and functional. We rented four people. We are all very satisfied. A house we would prefer again, much more beautiful than the ones in the image. The hosts were friendly and answered every question very quickly, we had a smooth check-in. The house was exactly in the location we wanted. We wish we could've stayed longer. What a great little place. Absolutely gorgeous views across the bays and an easy albeit steep walk to and from town. Fabulous family. Would 100% recommend staying here, we had a great time!

Everything is great. There is everything you need in a house. Clean bedding and linens. Spacious balcony overlooking the sea and the pool. A super fast wifi at home. The sea is only 30 meters away. Very close to markets and restaurants. Transportation is very convenient. Airport transfer is excellent. I will be here again next time. Perfect for families. Thank you Mr Deep

It was an extremely attentive and clean apartment, I had no problems with check-in, it was a very calm and elite neighborhood, everything we were looking for in the apartment was available, I highly recommend it, it was great

I would like to thank Mr. Türker for allowing me to have a flexible check-in and check-out. We met Mr. Türker's assistant, Mr. Ömer, and he helped us very quickly and sincerely in everything, and our holiday of 5 people was incredibly beautiful, we felt at home and never wanted to leave this place. The cleanliness of the house was very nice, everything was sparkling. If we come again, we will definitely choose this house.
