Holiday rentals with a patio in Alanya

Great place as advertised. Great responsive host. Big apartment, private pool, walkable neighborhood. Beach access. The beach is rocky (as in big rock, not gravel) though, not very safe for children.

everything was very good, the location of the house is right in the center, we easily reached everywhere, it is wider and more spacious than it looks in the photo, 4 people could easily stay in the house, Mr. Cengiz was very understanding, I would like to thank him as well.

We enjoyed staying there. It has all the amenities - swimming pool, spa, gym. The apartment is quite small but cozy. It is in walkable distance to the sea, shopping mall and smaller stores. Thank you!

clean and beautiful place in your hands

Apartment is immaculate with everything you would need. I have found with other Airbnbs the kitchen ware is a little sparse but there was plenty of utensils etc so I was able to cook properly. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and there are two small markets next door for small essentials. From the balcony you can just about see the sea which was nice. The building was very quiet when I visited. Host was always responsive to messages and polite. I would definitely stay again 🙂

Yaman came into contact with us, was helpful and available. He lives with his family on the ground floor, who welcomed us hospitably. The dog and the three cats of the house are sweet and confiding. The place is quiet, the beach is about 10 minutes, supermarkets are right around the corner. From the spacious loggia of the attic apartment you can look all the way to the beach. If I were to go to Avsallar again, I would book with Yaman again

It was a nice holiday with my family Mr. Mehmet helped us a lot. Thank you. If I visit Alanya, I will definitely make a reservation with Mr. Mehmet again.

We rented four people. We are all very satisfied. A house we would prefer again, much more beautiful than the ones in the image. The hosts were friendly and answered every question very quickly, we had a smooth check-in. The house was exactly in the location we wanted. We wish we could've stayed longer. What a great little place. Absolutely gorgeous views across the bays and an easy albeit steep walk to and from town. Fabulous family. Would 100% recommend staying here, we had a great time!

I would like to thank Mr. Türker for allowing me to have a flexible check-in and check-out. We met Mr. Türker's assistant, Mr. Ömer, and he helped us very quickly and sincerely in everything, and our holiday of 5 people was incredibly beautiful, we felt at home and never wanted to leave this place. The cleanliness of the house was very nice, everything was sparkling. If we come again, we will definitely choose this house.

The apartment was really clean and the balcony had beautiful city views. The courteous and friendly host responded quickly to all questions and helped if there were any problems. The yard is beautiful, clean, guarded, fenced and peaceful. Taxi to Alanyum shopping centre 180 tl (minimum charge). In the yard area, for example, wonderful swimming pools, water slides, a football field, tennis and basketball courts, and they offered enough activities for the children, and it was wonderful to be able to let the children out, because the yard area is safe. Highly recommend ❤️ Thank you for a wonderful holiday, we will definitely come back here 🙏😊
