Clean, quiet, surrounded by greenery and at the same time well connected to the center and subways by tram 24 that stops in front of the door. Duomo, Fondazione Prada, Bocconi, Università Statale, Olympic village, Porta Romana can be reached by tram in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is beautiful and all services are under the house: food, bars, restaurants, laundry, pharmacy.

Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Access to a big green sunny garden, with lots of possibilities to live outdoor spaces.

Welcome to our cozy attic, a newly built studio apartment, located inside the "Parco Novegro" residence. Bright and spacious. A unique space of about 45 square meters, with 2 balconies, a kitchenette, a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in a strategic position for both the Novegro Exhibition Park (5 minutes on foot) and Linate airport (15 minutes on foot), where you can take the M4 metro and be in the center of Milan in just 12 minutes.
