Holiday rentals with beach access in Pattaya City

Me and my kids absolutely LOVED this place! The unit was so clean and comfortable! The pool on the balcony leading into the larger pool was AMAZING! So worth the money we paid and all The amenities! Multiple restaurants nearby with good food! Definitely will be renting again on my Next trip to Thailand!

Panatda's place was great. Great building (the pool and garden on the roof is a must try and see), great location (literally in the middle of everything - so nothing is really far away and within walking distance), great apartment (clean and modern - and when you are not on the street or the beach there is nothing more relaxing than to open the entire window and sit on the stretcher right next to it, letting in the atmosphere and a nice breeze). Panatda was a great host as well, answering all questions very quickly. Check-in and check-out went smoothly.

Enjoyed staying at Elynn’s place. Wonderful building with excellent amenities in convenient location. Extremely clean with clear instructions and recommendations. Appreciate your flexibility and hospitality! Hope to stay again in the future!

Top floor unit with beautiful views

I had a very comfortable stay at Noina’s place. Love the place. Great facilities. It’s peaceful and quiet. It’s exactly what I need at the end of the day. ☺️

Great place within walking distance of restaurants and only a five minute walk to the beach where there are plenty of activities including parasailing, diving, jet skiing, and lounging under a beach umbrella while getting full service with beer and food. Pool and jacuzzi at the top floor with a beautiful view.

Close to entertainment and shopping. Overall a great location. Great bed and Nice pool!

The host responded quickly, so we didn't have much trouble communicating! Apart from the lack of shampoo and body wash, it was good! I had a good time!

The villa is very cost-effective.Among all the villas I've stayed in Pattaya, this price for a villa so close to the beach and within walking distance of the Central Night Market is really great, highly recommended

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. In all honesty, it was the best condo I've stayed in here in Pattaya. The condo itself was super clean. All the amenities were amazing. Rooftop infinity pool was just absolutely beautiful. Peace, calm and private. There’re some local restaurant and local convenience shop nearby where you can find some stuff and feel a local vibes.
