Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Pattaya Beach

My stay with David was excellent. Alain, the property manager was incredibly friendly and always attentive and willing to help. The property was as described. You can have anything delivered from all over the city. Ordering a Bolt or Uber is easy, fast and affordable. I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

This house is as beautiful as a piece of art, and once the door is covered with egg flowers, it is truly wonderful!It's full of art, like living in a museum.The open courtyard brings in the cool breeze and listen to the ringing of the wind chimes for a nice lunch break.But also a problem is that there will be mosquitoes bites.It is best to have transportation to live here as it is necessary to walk more than 1km to the main street.However, there are a lot of highly acclaimed food to enjoy in the surrounding area and enjoy a quiet night.

Great location, literally 1 minute from the beach. There are many cafes and restaurants close nearby. The pool was fun, and had a slide which the little kids enjoyed. The whole house was clean. The kids also really liked the karaoke machine and sang songs for many hours. Overall a great stay.

So attentive, good relax, feel like home for a real getaway

Me and my family spent 1,5 months in this wonderful place. We loved everything about it and enjoyed our stay. The house is big, nice and cozy, Thai style. You have everything you may need: washing machine, vacuum, toaster and aero grill, everything you need for cooking and having meals. The beds are comfortable. There are a lot of place of storage and hangers. There is even a hot tube in one of the bathrooms. We also had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in every bathroom. The owner is easy to get along with, very helpful and nice. The house is located in a private territory. It is not a touristic area and we enjoyed it. There is a local food market just nearby and a lot of cafes, bars, shops and massage salons. We rented a car and was driving to bang Sare for the sea (which is better than in Pattaya and just 20 minutes away from the house). The owner helped us to find a rental with reasonable prices. There is nothing I can complaint about. It is 10 stars out of 5!

Great location and a spacious apartment great for any trip, long or short. Host easy to deal with and very friendly. Highly recommended.

Dr Supot and her staff were wonderful to work with. Her place is very clean, comfortable and quiet. Great location close to 7/11 and a food market. No trouble getting Grab to pick us up or drop us off. Would love to stay again next time we are in town.

Everything was fine. For the first time, the apartment actually looked more interesting than in the photo. A big advantage is the washing machine on the balcony on the large balcony. a small problem is the lack of a cutting board and the plug for the kettle doesn't fit in the kitchen, you have to plug it on the floor in the room...

This place was so clean and nice, and the building was very nice and clean, especially I enjoyed the pool and swimming in it. Don’t miss it. Also, it’s located in the middle of so many different restaurants and cafes and street food, encouraging you to try different types of food. Finally, I need to mention that the host was so nice, understanding and helpful. Whenever I needed help, she was ready to respond and help me out.

Looks exactly like the photo on higher level overlooking pool on the balcony, very clean and bright with natural light. Sue was helpful, easy communication and responsive.

Room area is very big, very clean and sea view room. We can see sunset from the outdoor balcony. This trip made our good memory family trip. Thank you for the superhost.

Superb apartment! Recommended Jarvis is a very responsive and professional host. Everything was very clean in the apartment, several bath towel sets available, TV in the living room and in the bedroom. Functional kitchen with everything you need to cook. (Toaster rack is not working). Quiet residence with several swimming pools available. Our stay went very well, we even extended by 2 nights. We will come 🙂

The room is exactly like the pictures. The balcony view of the beach was amazing. My girl loved it as well.

The place and communication was very good. The apartment looked like the pictures and was very clean. Very noteworthy is the pool on the 31st floor, with special views over Pattaya.

Check-in is easy, and everything is around the accommodation, so it seems like guests can live conveniently. Personally, it was so nice to have a pool on the 31st floor. I recommend it.

That was our second stay in this building because we love it’s infrastructure a lot. The swimming pool, sauna and gym are usually free from anyone. Vadim and Gulya are great hosts: extremely responsive and positive. Hosts reacted immediately to all our requests. The apartment is good but sometimes we had issues with the mobile cell internet connection speed.
