an amazing spot for a vacation. the amenities were perfect for a relaxing stay with friends. highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to relax out by the pool or host movie nights.

We had a fantastic time! Chuanchai’s place was incredible. The neighborhood is a gated community and there was always a friendly guard at the front. It was very easy to check in. Chuanchai allowed us to check in very late, out of his preferred method, but he was very clear on the special instructions for us. Pictures of everything so we had no trouble figuring our way around despite the language barrier. The place was pristinely clean. The AC units work great as well! We had cool bedrooms in the evenings and stayed at the pool during the day. There is a gas station with a convenience store which is a 8 minute walk away. Worst case, we always had little snacks and drinks available to us. While the neighborhood does provide a private beach, it was ridden with trash and broken glass. Great for a couple pictures though!

just returned home after 2 lovely weeks staying here, we used the pool everyday it was always clean and fun, our host was responsive on all communications and staff delt with any requirements. All in all had a wonderful time.

Staying here was just perfect! The host was great and staying in touch and the villa was perfect - it was everything in the description. Cleaners came everyday to clean and replenish stocks of coffee and water which was wonderful. Private and in a quiet, well kept road, it is a perfect place to relax. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach, which has some local restaurants and bars on it, whilst if you want more choice, it's a short taxi ride to Pattaya. Would recommend it highly.

Brilliant location. Great property. loads of space. 5 mins walk to the beach. used the Hotel pool many times, it was spotless. Had some minor issues with the property that were out with Goch's control, he sorted them out straight away, communication was great. Hope it is available when we come back next year!!

The house is little faraway from hotspot (around 25-30 mins walk to beach) but worked well for us, grab was easily available so no issue with the location. it's beautifully decorated and loved the bed/pillows and amenuties such as fridge, TV etc. the house is small but big enough for 4 people and was cozy. The only point was the size of the pool - it's smaller than how it looked in the photo (perhaps 2m length). it's more for taking a dip or hangout with friends with a drink but not for swim and chill. Plus finding the house number was little confusing at first as the number is not visible though it's right next to entrance. however the host was very responsive so wasn't a big deal.

Stayed here for 7 nights with the boys. The pool is bigger than average, rooms were bigger and each had a TV and washroom which made things very convenient for my friends and I. Host was very nice and responsive and took care of any concerns I had. Would book again next time I’m in pattaya

Good house to stay at with many things (pool table, karaoke) to enjoy yourself! Though the house doesn’t get much sunlight because of nearby high buildings. Close by there are two supermarkets and it’s not far away from the city center. Enjoyed our stay!

I had an awesome stay at Aura Villla. This will be my pick whenever I visit the Pattaya/Jomtien area. I felt right at home from the moment we arrived. My family enjoyed everything. They had no complaints about anything. It was a short walk to the beach, with good restaurants. The host was very helpful and responsive. Great place for a vacation with friends or family. I will definitely stay here again.

Great place! Easy walk to the beach and to all local restaurants and bars! Clean space with a tv that has Netflix and a washing machine, so it was well equipped! Kitchen had everything you’d need. Cute balcony with nice view for the sunset as well! We really enjoyed our stay here!!
