Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Pattaya Beach

It is a comfortable and clean condominium. The complex has many facilities and within walking distance are restaurants and supermarkets. Alan is a great host who always responds quickly. My stay was excellent and certainly repeatable.

Jonathan's a great guy, n took care of business. Always available and helpful. Everything we needed was here... Thanks Man, We'll be coming back. PS: The Big Screen Smart TV was great...

Great location. The room is clean and hygienic. The rooftop pool is very nice. You can overlook the sea and the city.

The location was conveniently located in downtown Pattaya. It was a downtown area, but the room was quiet and I had a rest. The host responded quickly to everything. We had a good stay. Thank you very much.

Nice place slightly away from the mayhem. The bed is firm, but that is common in thailand. I would recommend.

This place was so clean and nice, and the building was very nice and clean, especially I enjoyed the pool and swimming in it. Don’t miss it. Also, it’s located in the middle of so many different restaurants and cafes and street food, encouraging you to try different types of food. Finally, I need to mention that the host was so nice, understanding and helpful. Whenever I needed help, she was ready to respond and help me out.

I will never the kindness shown. She and her husband were so helpful. When I needed a place to o store luggage when I checked out between time to leave, they provided a solution and physically assisted with getting luggage from point A to B. Her husband even came back to help me put my luggage in the taxi. The very best!

Looks exactly like the photo on higher level overlooking pool on the balcony, very clean and bright with natural light. Sue was helpful, easy communication and responsive.

I would definitely visit Kyle's AirBnB again on my next visit to Pattaya. The place had everything you need for a wonderful stay, 7-11 right below the place, good restaurants, massage hubs, bars, even the beach, everything was within 1 km distance

I absolutely loved my stay here! Waking up to those views was incredible, and the studio was so clean and comfortable. I'd definitely stay again!

This was my second time staying at her place Everything was perfect!! I especially love the HOT WATER PRESSURE leading to an amazing shower 😃 and the amazing view of the beach when I first open my eyes in the morning. Ellen is am AMAZING host . Can't wait to come back 🤞🏿

This was a great condo! I have stayed at Grand Avenue three other times, but the host (Yai) is the best host I have experienced. He and his staff worked with my girlfriend to make sure check in was convenient. The condo was thoughtfully furnished and equipped to ensure we had cleaning supplies and necessities, including toilet paper, laundry detergent, soap & shampoo, condiments, coffee & tea, salt & pepper, etc. It is obvious that Yai and his staff prepare the condo to make sure the guests feel at home. The furniture also made a difference. There were dressers with drawers for storage, a coat rack, a dedicated work space / desk, lamps, and even a laundry basket. Yai also provided two sets or key cards, which made it very convenient for me and my girlfriend to come and go without having to coordinate with each other. In addition, the bed linens seemed high quality and were very comfortable. I loved this condo and plan on staying there again in the future. Thank you Yai.

This apartment was very close to Pattaya Walking Street. There was a 7-11 near by. I didn’t have issue for check in

I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

Great host, really helpful when needed. Check in and out was easy. All was as advertised. The only thing i didn’t enjoy about the condo which was not the host’s fault was the lifts but they weren’t too bad. The building security was really good and helpful. For my first experience using Airbnb it has been a great one and i would stay in her place again.

We had a great stay over the Christmas period. The place is as described, lovely and clean with very friendly hosts. The games room is awesome and the whole villa a great size for a family of 4. I would suggest using Grab to explore the local area, it's close enough to all Pattaya has to offer and yes quiet enough away from the city. Thank you Khun Chanon, your place is great 🙏

place was as described, if you would like to stay away from the hustle bustle, would recommend this place. it has 4 bedrooms & they are well maintained.

The house itself is beautiful! Cute little yard, but the grass grows fast. The house is very well kept for the most part with updated kitchen appliances. Some new pots, pans, and kitchen utensils are needed, but the basics are available to cook. The outlets in one of the bedrooms didn’t work, but it wasn’t a big deal for me. The beds are very comfortable. There is a bbq grill available to use, and somehow, there was wifi available from another house I assume. If you are interested in going to the gym, be sure to ask for a key card. The communication from Gulya and her assistant could use improvement, but eventually the messages got answered. This house is slightly overpriced considering there isn’t much around, but I would definitely book this place again if I needed to.
