The newly renovated apartment located in Grazzano Badoglio, arranged over two floors, can accommodate up to 4-5 people, it consists of a large bedroom equipped with a sink and there is the possibility of an additional bed.The kitchen is fully equipped and includes the living area with double sofa bed, private bathroom with shower and entrance area. The rooms also have air conditioning and heating. It has a washing machine, microwave, TV, coffee machine. There is an ancient Infernot visitable.

Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

La nostra casa si trova a 10 minuti dal centro di Asti, 20 minuti da Alba, Roero e Langhe, 30 minuti da Torino, 40 minuti da Barolo. Si è immersi dal verde ma a soli dieci minuti dal casello autostradale Asti-Est. Situato tra Asti e Moncalvo si rivela un punto ideale. Rilassati e ricaricati in quest’oasi di quiete ed eleganza.

Completely renovated in August 2025, the apartment is located in a residence that offers a large swimming pool and a tennis court, representing a perfect place for relaxation and leisure. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room and a kitchen. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can accommodate two people if necessary. The outbuilding of Tenuta Magrini is a small independent studio flat (without kitchen) on the estate, from which to enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Monferrato. A quiet place between woods and vineyards with a large and well-kept garden and infinity view pool. The studio has a double bed and a sofa bed, making it suitable just for a couple or for a family with one or two children that can share the room. The parking is internal and from the estate.
