We recently stayed in this property, true value for what you pay. has everything you need, very nice neighborhood and neat place. Internet works great and we didn't face any trouble during our stay. Some maintainence of latches etc. and replacement of RO, washing machine etc would help. Overall a good and comfortable stay.

Just had a month long stay with my family at Rohini's place and it was a fantastic experience! The apartment is located in a small society which is very peaceful and surrounded with greenery. Local market is nearby so we had no trouble at all with things that we needed to buy. The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Very neat & clean and very organised. We had a very pleasant stay and had no problems at all during our stay here, thanks to the amazing host, Rohini. She was very helpful, always available and responsive to any questions or issues that we had. We did not even have to go out looking for bike renting as she agreed to rent her activa to us and that too at a great price as compared to outside. She also helped us in booking cab to the airport for our return. If you're planning a trip to south Goa, I would highly recommend Rohini's place.

The apartment was absolutely spotless.. Washrooms were clean and the towels clean and adequate. The apartment has Zuari bridge view from all three rooms very peaceful and quiet... check in was a breeze .. would love to visit again...

What a well maintained villa as well as overall property. River view is lovely and calming while it is 3 mins walking to the beach. They have their own shopping complex with a great supermarket for everything required. Literally so much to do within close proximity. Inder (the caretaker) was super friendly and helpful, as was olinda (house help). Overall this property is worth it if you want to stay in the area.

Peaceful location ...very beautiful house ..host Ms. Josephine was very sweet and quick responsive. She was always available when needed and helpful too. location was a little far from the nearby beaches but overall experience was amazing and totally worth it..

It was a lovely stay. The host was responsive. The place has the best surroundings and view. They also give you kayak free for half n hr trip. Overall, I would recommend everyone to stay here.

Tulsi Beach House is perfect if you're looking for a place to chill in south goa, it is right on the talpona beach, and the beach is very clean and feels like a private beach altogether. The house has old rustic vibes and has almost all the necessary amenities needed. Definitely recommend this if you're looking for a humble stay, right on the beach and just relax for few days

Located within a gated community full of lush greenery. The villa is perfectly appointed and well maintained , full of homely positive vibes. Khushboo is an awesome host and made sure our entire experience was hassle free and memorable. The river being just a few steps away from the house makes the locale feel magical. Beach, restaurants, shopping choices are all nearby adding to the convenience.

Lovely place near the Betul beach. It is in a quiet neighbourhood. The property faces Sal river and you can see the fishing boats moving around. There is sitting area on the balcony to sit and chill. The amenities provided makes you feel at home. Nima, our caretaker, was extremely cooperative and helpful. He made sure that the place is ready and upto date for us to live comfortably. Enough open space to play gully cricket 😅

We had a wonderful stay at The nook! The place was extremely serene and the view was wonderful. The place was spotless and spacious. Even though we went there in the midst goa’s monsoon, we enjoyed the place. There was food delivery available and ample car parking. Ayushi and Raj were responsive and cleared all our doubts. Hope to return again in the summer for the view!

I couldn‘t have imagined a better place to stay in Goa. From the first night on I enjoyed a peaceful sleep & vibey mornings in this fantastic flat. The view over the lush & green surroundings made me romanticize about a how a life near the jungle would look like. The appartment was perfectly clean & beautifully decorated with cool paintings. I definitely recommend Arpits place - it is truly wonderful.

This place is inside a resort, so feels safe.. perfect stay for couples or two people who are looking to have some peaceful time.. They have everything what u get at home.. Water purifier, First aid kit, card games .. you name it this place has everything.. trinity beach is just 900 meters from this home.. Very peaceful location for someone who is looking for a leaisure time.

Fantastic apartment surrounded by locals in the small, cozy village of Utorda. From there you can reach the clean, quiet beach with some restaurants and beach bars in about 10 minutes on foot. You can get your daily necessities in the surrounding area. The local buses stop directly in front of the apartment at the intersection. The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a residential building inhabited by locals. The apartment is very spacious with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, a large well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two wonderfully quiet balconies from which you can enjoy the sunset. Lincoln and his wife took care of everything very carefully without being intrusive. I found exactly what I was looking for there. Casual holiday without stress away from mass tourism. We recently spent six fantastic days at this Airbnb property in Goa, and it exceeded all our expectations! The fully equipped kitchen made meal preparation a breeze, with a microwave, OTG, toaster, induction cooktop, and gas stove available, allowing us to enjoy some home-cooked meals during our stay. The three spacious bedrooms featured modern LED TVs and ample wardrobe space, making it perfect for our group. We loved the cozy dining area for family meals and the inviting living area with plush sofas and a large LED TV for relaxation. A special thank you to Mr. Madhukar for being such a wonderful host. The laundry area with a washing machine was a thoughtful touch, and we thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool in the society, which was perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun. The overall ambiance of the property was ideal for unwinding after our adventures in Goa. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped home away from home.
