Villa holiday rentals in Patmos

Panos was very responsive and accommodating prior and during our stay, which was very helpful in the planning of our holidays and also whilst we were there in quickly fixing and attending any issues and last minute requests we had. The villa is exactly what you see in the photos, with beautiful views and well equipped! Unfortunately when we were there it was very windy though and we did not end up using any of the outdoors spaces nor the pool. Overall a beautiful place to stay and a great host!

Perfect gorgeous place. Amazing views

Loukia's house is ideally placed with a sumptuous sea view. It is close to several beaches and restaurants. The house has lots of charm, is very well equipped and very clean (a housekeeper comes every day). Loukia is a perfect host, she answered all our questions before and during the stay. She picked us up from the Ferry at a very late hour. We were warmly welcomed with a fridge full of fruit for our breakfast. We had a wonderful stay and will happily stay at Loukia's place in Patmos !

This place is an absolute gem! It exceeded our expectations in every possible way. We stayed there as a group of 16 people, and everybody loved it. Some of us even went so far as to vote it the best airbnb we ever stayed in. It is a beautiful villa on the hill surrounded with oleanders and other flower shrubs with spectacular views of the sea and the island. Every apartment has it's own balcony, and the common areas are very spacious and stylishly furnished. Everything is very clean and fresh. The terrace with the pool faces east and provides an opportunity to look at the sunrise over the sea. Panos is very friendly and helpful in many ways. He helped to transport us from and to the ferry, and even drove us to the supermarket to shop groceries and helped with translation at the store. It is a place we really want to return to!

This property is spectacular. As a family of five, we had so much room. I would love to return with extended family!. It really is a beautiful villa, with everything you could wish for. The view is sublime! Panos could not have been more friendly & helpful. He assisted me in having a hire car ready for arrival and then met us at the port (our ferry arrived at midnight!) so that we could follow him to the house. We thank him with much heart for a wonderful stay and introduction to the magnificent island of Patmos. We hope to return. Thank you Panos! Much love and happiness to you and your family.

Villa "Petra" was a very quite and pleasant stay for us, immersed in the beautiful Patmos, with a wonderful view of the sea and Chora. Located in an excellent position, convenient to reach the various locations of the island, it gave us unforgettable days of a beautiful holiday. Well equipped with every comfort, surrounded by a beautiful garden and with a very convenient garage for the car, it is certainly the place we would be happy to return to. A heartfelt thanks to the very kind and helpful Marianna, always ready to suggest places to visit and where you can taste the good cuisine of the island. See you soon !

We had a great time at Iris's place. The house and the view were beautiful. Clean, comfortable, spacious, with many common spaces. Perfect for a vacation with family or friends. Iris was always very kind and helpful. We can't wait to get back!

Probably the best AirBnb host I had, and I had many! Pavlos responds promptly in a very friendly manner, is eager to help and has suggestions for the beautiful island of Patmos. Place was spotless, and we particularly admired his eye for the detail, everything from the mattresses to the kitchen devices was of high quality. His prime goal is to make you feel at home and he showed it to us in action. Definitely recommendable and well worth the price!

We absolutely loved this super cute, serene property. It was just as described and yet exceeded our expectations. This place was so wonderful we ended up extending our stay knowing that nowhere else would compare. The main house plus guests house provided more than enough space for us - we were two couples and loved being able to spread out and have our own private spaces. Perfectly located being walkable to some great climbing and a short drive to everything else. The hosts were communicative, kind and quick to respond to even the smallest requests. They made us feel right a home and recommended what ended up being our favorite meals on the trip. We felt truly spoiled and highly recommend!

This villa was beautiful! My wife and I stayed here for a couple nights and did not want to leave! We stayed in 2 places while in Kalymnos and this was by far our favorite! Very private! One of the few places with a private pool and grill! We had the family over and cooked tomahawk steaks and ate on the patio while watching the sunset. Would 100% recommend and would absolutely stay here again. Γιώργος was very helpful and pleasant to deal with also!

We had an absolutely great stay in Skala! The house is a family house, that is a great mix of a traditional Skala house, and a modern house with all amenities in perfect order. On top of that great hospitality and great cleaning. The house is 5 minutes walk from the harbor, and we really liked how it is a town-house that is part of Skala, but is just a bit away from the shops and the traffic of the lower city. And the view is magnificent! Especially from the upper terrace, that also almost always have shadow and a breeze, and great view both over Skala, the bay and up to Chora. The house is in perfect order, not least with mosquito nets on all windows. This means you can have open windows all day and night and not see even a single mosquito in the house at any time

The view is amazing, the hospitality was perfect . We enjoyed it so much. The position is in the mid way of everything. We recommend it !

We stayed at this location with five people, and it worked out perfectly! Our time spent here was amazing and we plan to come again next year. I only have good things to say about the home and our experience. I highly recommend this for a small family.

Beautiful villa with astonishing view. Everything brand new and kitchen fully equipped. Breakfast and aperitive on the terrace are a unique experience. The village/area is very quiet if you are looking to relax. Nice beaches on the Island and good authentic tavernas. Suggest to rent a car and if weather conditions are good also a boat to visit the Island. Top property owner.

I could not ask for any more from a host, Thodoris was so passionate about his job, adaptable, friendly and caring. Kalymnos, for me, is an utterly beautiful island. To stay in this property felt like luxury to go with it. As soon as the door is closed you feel like you’re in your own little world. It couldn’t be cleaner and fresher. The view from the 2 balconies was stunning and I cannot wait to go back. Thodoris will go out of his way to ensure a relaxing stay with anything and everything you need. we first stumbled upon this flat on house it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online.samuel is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace and the view are excellent. Location is incredible. Samuel had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. He went way beyond to make our weekend comfortable and memorable. Thanks Samuel and The Velanidies for a wonderful weekend! We will be back, Family Kamber

Our stay was great at Villa Thea! The check-in via key box was super uncomplicated and the owner, Kylian, was easy to reach the whole time if we had any questions. The restaurant tips, for example, were great, thanks again! And the villa is simply a dream, with a fantastic view and well located for exploring the whole island. We were very satisfied! Lillian has the most incredible villa next to a pool overlooking the coast with small beach and farm land. The private balcony was the perfect touch for morning sunrise. Everything was very clean and easy to use. About 20 minute walk to town but so worth it with the views and one of a kind pictures. The restaurant was so amazing with wonderful customer service and even better sea views !! Unforgettable summer experiences.

We stayed with 9 People in Niki’s House, the space was great but the placement of the beds in the living room is not ideal but manageable. :) Niki was super nice and helpful with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay in the house and the Pool.

My husband and I booked Anna’s Katina on Leros for a four day trip with two of our friends who were visiting from California. Unfortunate my husband was sick with bronchitis, so our friends went without us. Here is their review: “Daniel's place is amazing. He was a great host. He met us down the road and we followed him to the house. The decor is delightful and the outdoor areas were great for reading and just enjoying the view. Don't be put off by the small number of reviews. You cannot go wrong with Anna's Katikia. Leros is a nice, laid back island and Daniel will take great care of you!
