Pilai is an amazing host. She is very helpful and just a message away for any help you need. She goes way beyond for helping you. Her house is a perfect home to stay in the area. Entirely separate house. Beautiful small in-house Garden. Very good location in the gated community. With 24 hr Security. Very Safe and 7 / 11 is walking distance just 1 min. The place was nice and quiet. It's located in a gated community right next to a golf course. Check-in process was easy. Everything in the house was functional. Air con, WIFI were working perfectly. The host even had a few snacks on the dinning room table to welcome us, a nice touch! living room was big enough for 2 of us and a big dog. The surrounding area is great with a lot of open spaces. It's a comfy house to stay for a weekend. We had a car with us so getting around was no problem. Overall, if you want a quiet weekend getaway with a relaxing place to just hang out and chill, this place is for you.

Our stay was not as planned because the host canceled our place long ago booked for an indefinite period. Nevertheless, she behaved exemplary and contacted us and sought a very good replacement accommodation at her expense. Nice, helpful and good service. Unfortunately, we can't say anything about the accommodation itself.

This is a great place to stay. It is private, quiet, and spacious. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The internet is fast, the shower is hot, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Definitely a pleasure!

We had a good 3 day stay. The apartment is situated on the 7th floor. It's a small apartment however it has everything you need but note that we didn't have internet at the time we stayed so please check with the host before you make your booking. Besides that everything was clean and as per the description. I would stay again.

Stayed at this Airbnb for 3 days and 2 nights with 5 people — overall a solid experience. The place looks like the photos: clean, tidy, and well-equipped. Beds were comfy, AC worked well, and the view from the house was nice. There’s a 7-Eleven right downstairs which was super convenient. To get to Impact for the concert, you’ll need to book a car, but it’s quite close so the ride was quick. The host responded quickly, gave clear instructions, and check-in/check-out were easy. Overall, a good stay at a reasonable price. Would definitely come back if we have the chance 🥰

It was a wonderful stay at Imm’s place. It’s a nice cozy place In a good area and Imm is very helpful and extremely communicative which made the stay even better.

Very good place for very good price. Although the place was compact, all electronics worked surprisingly well. Wifi, washing machine, and warm water, all worked better than in any other condo I rented before. Big malls are also nearby, about 10 minutes with grab. Cozy place, not too loud enviornment outside while still accessible. The only negative thing worthy of mentioning is there were sometimes rats in the garbage room (not in the condo), and during the nights you could hear something moving on the inside of the roofs, likely the rats. If this would bother you as a potential guest, I suggest double-checking with the host if the rat situation has improved. Despite the rats and the roof sounds, this place was still overall a great 5/5 from me.

Very comfortable with everything you need for long-term stay. The place is unbelievably quiet and the common area is a beautiful garden with swimming pool. Being able to swim and go to a small gym or study room is a plus. There is also a clean water machine in the laundry room. Would definitely recommend for people staying at the Thammasat University.

The place is great. 15 Min walk to the exhibition center, 20 mins to a big shopping mall, has a laundy just a few meters away and a very conventient 7-11 close by. The gym was also a plus to our stay! The host was ver responsive and attentive! Just one comment you need to consier, the bathrooom doesnt has a door which can make things a little complicated if you are staying with a friend.

It is really easy to travel to impact arena from the condo just 5mins by taxi. The room is much larger than I expected. With 2 bedrooms, the place is very comfy for my family. There is 7-11 shop on the first floor of the condo which make my life a lot easier. The host also nice and always give me a quick respond. She gave me some advises about this area. I definitely recommend this place for those who want to comfortably stay near impact arena.
