The villa has 2 bedrooms each with private entry, ensuite bathrooms and gorgeous kitchen, 2 bedrooms not connected, you have to walk to the patio to another room. It’s not suitable for a family with the kids less than 10 years old.

Sea Breeze Place (Unit 1)

This is an apartment for rent by the sea, suitable for those who look for privacy. It may be rented either monthly or yearly. It is 50 meters from a quiet beach. It is a 15-minute drive from Chumphon Airport (free of charge), with one flight from Bangkok each day. It is a 10-minute drive from Pathiu Railway Station (free of charge) and a 45-minute drive from Chumphon Railway Station (500 bath charge). We can pick you up and take you to Sea Breeze Place when you arrive.
