Condo holiday rentals in Pateros

From my first message to Mel she was so responsive and helpful. I had a very late arrival and Mel even offered to have hot food waiting for me upon my arrival. Any questions I had, she was quick with an answer. Mel helped organise my laundry…and the list goes on and on. Great customer service!!! The unit itself, very clean & tidy. Clear instructions & manuals for everything. A great view out the window. Bed & pillows are super comfortable. Bath towels so soft and smelled clean. What you see in the pictures is what you get, but so many other little incidentals that add a nice touch. Lollies, chocolates, personal toiletries should you have forgotten something. Location, location location, seriously you cannot be any better located. 3-minute walk to Shangri la shopping. 10-minute walk to Mega Mall. Easy access for grab pick up. Staff in the building are also very accommodating & helpful. All in all, I can’t thank Mel enough for such a great stay.

Probably one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Every detail in their place was well thought of, from the interior design to all the amenities. Location is also really accessible if you want to go north (towards cubao/qc) or if you wanna go south (towards pasay/airport). The place was so clean and the guards were also so kind! The place also has a near convenience store/crossfit place/cafe so there’s no problem when you’re hungry. Also easy food delivery! Had the best stay here. 100000/10!!

Joel’s place is so cute and clean, very safe and nice location. Very responsive. I highly recommend staying in this cute Airbnb in BGC.

This place was a great stay in Makati. The building was quiet and accessible with great amenities. The area is relatively safe and walkable. The apartment was in good condition and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Bed was really comfortable.

The place was clean and well-maintained. The host and owner were very helpful and responsive. The view was even better than the pictures. Overall, it was a great stay!

Perfect room with almost everything I want

super worth it and affordable! we havent checked out yet & my bf’s already asking when will we book again for this place 😂 linis and super bago LIKE mga gamit to the point we had to search how to use it. very clean pati toilet parang wala pa gumamit. complete set din ng cleaning materials so ang sarap maglinis! 😅 ang ganda pa ng facilities nakakaiyak huhu anyways looking forward to our next stay 😍

It is a nice and cozy place to stay while in the Metro!

This unit is very clean, spacious, and has all the amenities one would need for a short stay. WiFi speed is commendable. The balcony is bigger than the ones in the other Prisma units I've stayed in. Sir Ross is also a great host--very quick to respond and accommodating even of last-minute request. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved our stay! The view was stunning and set the perfect mood—peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. The place had such a good vibe. The amenities were complete and clearly well thought out—everything was provided for a comfortable and convenient stay, from kitchen essentials to little extras that made a big difference. I had an amazing stay at the unit. It was comfortable and has everything needed for the entire stay. The kitchen if fully equipped and the bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap. The bed is comfy and the place is so clean.

Second time here, no problem at all. The Balcony gives you a great view, you have great access to the Venice mall, the room is spacious and looks great. We will come back again, 😁 thank you Penpen.

Absolutely no issues. The place was clean and spotless. The AC was cold and the shower’s water pressure was strong. Watching TV was an awesome experience with their Govee lights and soundbar. Our pets enjoyed their stay as well. Also appreciated how proactive and responsive the hosts were. We never had to worry about anything as they made sure to give us clear instructions about everything. 10/10

Our overnight stay at this Airbnb offered a very comfortable experience, as the unit was well-equipped with all the essential amenities. We truly appreciated the exceptional helpfulness of both the housekeeper and the host, who were readily available to assist us. However, a significant drawback was the condition of the pool. It was unfortunately very dirty, which prevented us from enjoying it as much as we had hoped. This was quite disappointing, and we ultimately felt we would have had a better time simply relaxing in the unit. The location, though, is a definite plus. It's conveniently situated within walking distance of major shopping centers like Robinsons Galleria and SM Megamall, as well as the MRT station and various convenience stores.

Great location - walking distance to Mitsukoshi and UpTown malls. The bed and bedding were comfy! Place was beautiful, spacious and clean. It’s more of a studio than an actual one bedroom apartment. Water pressure in bathroom was good. Heater worked. There were bottles of water in the fridge (not sure if the host placed it or it was from previous guests). The unit had 2 AC units so the room was cool. The other air bnb i stayed at would only let us use one AC.. The friday night i was there, i was able to hear some music from the bars. Not super load but noticeable, i recommend bringing ear plugs if that would be an issue. Thursday night, i didn’t hear any music. Only issue i had was my boyfriend and i couldn’t connect to the wifi :( It kept saying some error.. I communicated this with the host but it was not resolved. Netflix was working so she said the problem may be on our part but none of our devices would connect. It was only at this airbnb. I would stay here again.

This place is by far my fave AirBnB in GBC! Location is perfect, just steps from coffee shops and restaurants. The mall across the street is super modern with nice eateries. The view is great. Super clean. Only inconvenience were non-operational elevators one day, but no fault of the host. I would stay again for sure.

The airbnb is clean and made me feel like home. From being able to cook and washing your clothes in one place is something I always look for when booking an Airbnb. It’s all about the convenience that it gives. Jhen is very responsive to any question I asked. Definitely going to book again. 😁

Staying at Miss Kim’s Airbnb in Taguig was amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay—the attention to detail from the cozy ambiance to the thoughtful amenities made a difference. Miss Kim was an outstanding host. She was warm, and responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. You can tell she cares about her guests. The location was perfect convenient, safe, and close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions in BGC and Taguig. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base during our stay.
