Idyllic house with a lot of feeling on our property. Quiet and close to nature, yet close to a lot. 4 beds in a shared sleeping loft/upper floor, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. Approx. 4 km to swimming. 27 km to Kalmar/Ölandsbron 24 km to Mönsterås There are bed linens, towels, soaps and toilet paper. Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise a cleaning fee of 500 SEK will be charged. The whole house is for the guests and they are warmly welcome to use the garden with outdoor furniture, swing, children's kitchen and trampoline.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful newly renovated home of 110 sqm. Located about 300 meters from the sea and with walking distance to the beach. There is a large patio on the untouched back with outdoor furniture and charcoal grill. Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and dishes for 12 people. Öland Zoo and Coop are 12 minutes from the property. Takes 14 minutes to Färjestaden where more grocery stores and shopping centers are located. It takes about 1 hour 15 minutes to Böda sands camping. Please bring own linen and towels!

Smålandstorpet

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, real fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and celebration live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.

Modern cottage only 15 meters from the beach and the jetty that leads you into the sea. The accommodation built in 2019 is beautifully situated on Dunö about 10 min (car) south of Kalmar. The cottage comprises 25 sqm floor + 10sqm sleeping loft and has a full kitchen and bathroom with shower. Proximity to exercise tracks and several other bathing areas and jetties. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

For those who like to swim, there are several swimming areas within comfortable walking distance, perfect for a cooling dip during hot summer days.

Lilla sjöglimten

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A home overlooking open countryside and rural views, a stone's throw from the sea. In the small garden, there is a furnished playhouse and a sandbox, and the accommodation includes a smaller boat that can be rowed or fitted with your own outboard motor for excursions on the water. Swimming is within walking distance, swimming jetty 700 meters or swimming beach 850 meters and two plots away there is a smaller outdoor gym.

Villa in lovely Timmernabben!

Relax with family or good friends. House in Timmernabben, 50 meters from Kalmarsund. We have nine beds plus a sofa bed. At the dock, there is a rowboat. With it, you can row out to one of the islets. Smoked fish is a part of summer. Nabben's smokehouse is nicely located by the marina. Timmernabben is a cozy place that is located right between Kalmar and Oskarshamn. In other words, we can offer both silence and activities close to other people.

Åslemåla, a beautiful place on the country side

A small guest house with room for 4 people, located on the country side. Kitchen, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, stove, toilett, Tv, dvd, play station 3.....if you can not find the second bed room... look again and it helps if you have seen the movie Narnia :)....There is no shower in the guest house, but an out door shower in the garden… also no wi-fi in the guest house. A peaceful and quiet environment in middle of the nature....
