Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

Our house is located in the middle of the medieval village of Tagliolo Monferrato, surrounded by vineyards and mountains. The Ligurian Riviera is 30 minutes away by car. Barolo & Langhe is famous for wine lovers. It takes about 50 minutes by car to get to the old harbour of Genoa (Genova). Every morning you can have breakfast at a local bar and get a true Italian feel with a cappu and croissant. (20m from the building) Free parking on the street or nearby parking lot.

La Casetta

Located in Sezzadio, it is a few kilometers from the spa town of Acqui Terme, Alessandria and Novi Ligure. The Casetta is completely renovated, with new furnishings, equipment and services. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate two people if necessary and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. Equipped with every comfort, it will welcome you during your stay.

Penna - your home with a garden in Monferrato

Welcome to our late 19th-century farmhouse renovated in 2023. It's on top of a soft hill with great views. We live in the house next door and will make sure not to interrupt your stay, however, if you have any questions or need any help, let us know and we'll be more than happy to accommodate you! The Tana house is a delightful country house, nestled in the green hills of the Alto Monferrato (UNESCO World Heritage), between the valleys of the White Truffle, just minutes from Acqui Terme, ideal for family holidays and for relaxing holidays full of good food and wine in the area. It has two separate and fenced gardens, with private swimming pool, all for the exclusive use of guests and is surrounded by fields, vegetable gardens, woods and vineyards.

Relax in the hills of Gavi, enjoy the garden and hot tub with all its comforts. If you are a shopping lover, we are 15 minutes by car from the Serravalle Outlet, the largest in Europe! For those who prefer to enjoy a good glass of wine, there are numerous wineries in the area, immersed in the vineyards. We are also 5 minutes from Gavi, a medieval village dominated by an ancient fort. We are also about ten minutes from several golf courses.

Moscato House, Vineyard & Private Pool

Casa Moscato is a beautiful, finely renovated house located in the Langhe, near Neive and a few minutes' drive from Alba, surrounded by vineyards, ideal for families and friends to discover our magical territory. Inside, it has a dining area with an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with a double bed, all with an internal bathroom. Outside, our guests can relax in the private garden and will have a swimming pool (10x4 meters) at their disposal.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a two-family villa, with direct access to the garden: it consists of a kitchen, bedroom with 2 beds, service and living room with any other 4 beds. Possibility of parking in the garden. We host small pets. On good days you can eat in the garden. We will welcome you upon arrival and we will be, if you wish, in available to inform you and advise you on how much you can do and see in the area.
