Comfortable studio on the ground floor of a nice chalet, ideally located, close to the center of Sallanches ( 10 minutes walk, 3 minutes by bike), in a small quiet subdivision, at the end of a dead end. The Passy lake is 10 minutes by bike, the first ski resort 20 minutes by car (Combloux), Chamonix 30 minutes. The studio has a small equipped but basic kitchenette, a separate entrance, a work desk and a bathroom, as well as a beautiful view of the Mont Blanc and the needle of Warens!

The tiny house is a comfortable and cozy cocoon. It is ideally located in the heart of the Pays du Mont-Blanc, close to renowned resorts and at the start of hiking trails. It is 30 minutes from Chamonix, 20 minutes from the slopes of Megève, Saint-Gervais and Combloux. Completely renovated, it is an independent annex located at the back of our house.
