An impeccable residence as described in the listing. Spacious and clean rooms, all with air conditioning, clean water in all rooms (something that in São Miguel dos Miracles is difficult to have). Quiet and local condominium to park two vehicles perfectly, plus quick answers about any questions and extremely efficient and gentle collaborator. I recommend the residence to people who are demanding and looking for comfort.

This is a very nice and spacious 2 bedroom with 3 full baths. The kitchen is large and has everything you need. The balcony is fantastic. Gianmarco is a 5 star host. The apartment is clean with all the amenities, even water. Incredibly comfortable. Right across from the beach. If you are staying in Peripueria, you should absolutely stay here. Be aware that it is on the 4th floor (3 flights of stairs) with no elevator.

It is well worth eating in the nearby pizzeria. To be "O" paradise, it was only necessary to be closer to the beach and have a stronger water pressure in the bathrooms. But the stay was 5 stars. The only negative point, which is not of the house but of the public power, is that the street is not completely urbanized and accumulates pools of water that makes mobility difficult. Our days were perfect at the home of Priscila and Enio! From the first contact to the last, Priscila was extremely willing and attentive, attending to us promptly and always concerned about helping. About the house: very equipped, it has everything!!! I love to barbecue and found all the utensils, including a wonderful grill. The gourmet space + swimming pool is very large, very enjoyable. The 3 bedrooms are independent (connected by the balcony where the pool is) and very comfortable, great beds and excellent bathrooms. We checked out already thinking about the date to come back!!!
