Lovely home on the border of the Charente and Dordogne. Nestled in a peaceful small village, ideal for rest and relaxation, but close to nearby market town with all amenities. Beautiful surroundings and great views over the valley. Recently refurbished character property - including new bathroom with heated mirror and well equipped kitchen. Spacious garden, pool (summer only) and outdoor dining areas, with traditional stone barbecue. Gated access to private parking at rear of property.

Located in a small quiet village in the south of Charente, you have a large modern and well-equipped accommodation (Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washing machine...) 3 bedrooms, one with a 160 bed with private bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs a mezzanine with 2 bedrooms (one with a 140 x 190 bed and the other a 120 x 190 bed) and a bathroom + a desk area You have a small enclosed courtyard with terrace in front of the accommodation. It has an Orange Livebox connected to fiber optics.

Need to breathe and relax? Then a stay at Piron's will probably do you good. Located in the middle of the vineyards in the south of the Charente Maritime, the cottage has been renovated while thinking about your comfort. We preserve its old character by keeping the old wooden frames as well as the rubble walls. You will find 3 bedrooms for 6 people and a heated swimming pool. Aubeterre sur Dronne, Saint Emilion, among the most beautiful villages in France are to be discovered.

Enjoy a stylish and central place, close to all shops, bars, restaurants, squares, in the historic center. View towards the Dronne and the castle. 500 meters from the campsite and beach, tennis court, canoeing and kayaking and several hiking trails to the neighboring towns. The house has a dining room, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor and upstairs a balcony with panoramic views, shower room, toilet, a master bedroom and two small bedrooms for three children.

The little Gîte is a beautiful open plan space for two people. A double bedroom sits on the mezzanine level. The gîte sits adjacent to our home ‘Le Petit Tournesol’ and is surrounded by gardens and countryside. In the day please enjoy the pool area (May-September) and the gardens to relax and unwind. Reservations for age 18+ only. We are unable to host children and infants.
