Villa holiday rentals in Passarella

This is a wonderful villa. It consists of four self-contained flats and a communal large dining room / lounge and kitchen. You only pay person who actually stays, but have the use of as many of the flats as you need to accommodate those who stay (up to 10 persons altogether), and your party has exclusive use of the shared kitchen and dining room / lounge. There is a lovely private garden and outdoor eating area, and a very good barbecue. The area is very peaceful. We went on lovely walks down the lanes straight out of the front door. You will need a vehicle to stay. We found Vicenza (1/2 hour), Padova (1/2 hour) and Venezia (1 hour) all quite easily reachable with a car. Alvise was very responsive and helpful, living in a small house nearby in the grounds. We considered it very good value for money, and would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

Sehr schöne Anlage und tolles kleines Schloss. Einrichtung alt aber sehr funktionell. Die Heizung funktioniert nur im Obergeschoss, deshalb war es im Wohnzimmer und in der Küche sehr kalt (Oktober). Insgesamt gelungene Unterkunft etwas ausserhalb, aber sehr schön ruhig und dennoch gut gelegen um in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto nach Padova zu gelangen.

Wir hatten einen wirklich traumhaften Aufenthalt in der Casa Cantia. Das Anwesen ist unbeschreiblich schön und liegt leicht erhöht inmitten von Weinbergen. Genauso wie man sich das ländliche Italien vorstellt; ruhig, idyllisch und bezaubernd. Die Unterkunft ist super einfach zu finden und stellt den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen dar. Ob Städtetrips wie Venedig, Verona oder Padua alles ist einfach mit dem Auto oder der Bahn zu erreichen. Zahlreiche Wanderrouten runden die Region für den perfekten Urlaub ab. Die Casa Cantia liegt im Innenhof einer alten Villa und die kühlen Steinwände und die Lage inmitten der Natur und den Weinbergen macht sie zu einer wahrhaften Oase der Ruhe. Der ländliche Charm der Wohnung wurde neu und modern interpretiert, unfassbar schöne Details und uns fehlte es an nichts. Luigi war der perfekte Gastgeber; super freundlich, hilfsbereit und mehr als zuvorkommend. Der Urlaub in der Casa Cantia hat unsere Vorstellung weit übertroffen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Alles was wir uns vor gestellt haben war auch da. Selbst Probleme wurden schnell gelöst. Gerne wieder!

Amazing small town view. Everything was just perfect. Working fireplace was a huge plus. House and property is situated for total privacy. The Church next door will make for a unique experience and superb photos. We will return.

Все понравилось. Белоснежное хрустящее постельное белье. Современный дизайн интерьера. Есть холодильник с морозильным отделением, индукционная плита, микроволновая печь, посудомоечная машина, телевизор и стиральная машина. Нет духового шкафа и чайника. До моря пять минут ходьбы, как и написано в объявлении. Лежаки нужно покупать отдельно, у фирмы нет договора с пляжем, это не много не удобно. В фирме работает отзывчивый персонал, все вопросы решали молниеносно. Спасибо! P.S для тех, кто впервые в этих краях. Очень много комаров и мошек, которые кусаются. На террасе сидеть не возможно. В дом тоже залетают. Но это проблема региона в целом, а не претензия к фирме.

A charming heritage villa with a remarkable history! Our family really appreciated the pool which was a short walk from the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! Thank you again to Jacobo and his family for having us!

Amazing property. The host and all the property personal were very kind and helpful. There are options for food delivery and such, but it is very difficult to go to grocery store or restaurants without vehicle. Taxi service in this area is not reliable and the closest train station is about 30 min drive. However, the host is genuinely caring and helpful. We did not have a vehicle however, the property personal were very willing to help us with food ordering and helping arrange rides and communicating was very easy by text or call. Our kids loved the pool, the bunnies, the chickens the privacy. The road is busy, but not a highway, just an occasional car from time to time. We had a party of 10 and everyone had plenty of space and we had 2 queen beds and a pull out we did not use. Could house much more. Good bathroom space as well. In my opinion, the property personal went above and beyond what they needed to. Would stay again absolutely. Have nothing negative to say.

Tania Villa was even better than the pictures showed. The villa had plenty of space both inside and out. The location was secluded and with the pool and tennis courts/football pitch, offered plenty of things to do. The host was responsive and accommodated our needs, including being flexible with our check-in requirements. Thanks for a great stay!

Our group was a large group of 9 adults attending an event for the weekend. The rental was perfect for us. This is a beautiful spacious house, It was very well equipped for taking meals at the house and perfectly clean. The location was fantastic, a very short stroll to the beach, close by to mini market and bakery, pharmacy and several restaurants. The hosts were responsive when we needed to ask questions and there were helpful suggestions and notices around the house. I would highly recommend this house.

Nella casa di Marcello si vive immersi nella natura e nella pace. In pochi minuti si raggiunge la spiaggia a piedi. La casa è molto intima e accogliente e gli spazi esterni permettono di vivere all’aperto tutti i momenti della giornata.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft bietet reichlich Platz. Es sollte klar sein, dass das Haus nicht nagelneu ist & natürlich bereits einige Abnutzungserscheinungen aufweist. Einige Handtücher sollten erneuert werden. Dennoch ist es ein schönes Haus. Besonders hat uns auch der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse zur Abkühlung gefallen. Das Haus befindet sich sehr nah am Park Hemingway. Ideal für Hundebesitzer und Familien mit Kindern. Grundsätzlich ist die Lage des Hauses aus unserer Sicht sehr gut. Der Strand ist in 10 - 15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Aber auch verschiedene Restaurants und andere Ausflugsorte sind von der Unterkunft gut & oft auch schnell erreichbar. Es gibt auch in der Nähe einen Lidl. Die Gastgeberin Teresa ist sehr freundlich & hat uns einfach & unkompliziert in Empfang genommen. Sie war immer gut & schnell erreichbar & hat auch schnell & zuverlässig unsere Anfragen geklärt. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir waren sehr zufrieden & empfehlen diese Unterkunft weiter!

The apartment is excellent. It’s very spacious and comfortable. All the bedrooms are a decent size with large beds. The pool is a good size and bigger than it appears on the online images. The views from the balcony are picture postcard. The area contains a number of small to medium size towns that all have their points of interest, and there are several historical cities 60-90 minutes drive away.

Diese Ferienwohnung war einfach perfekt! Sie war äußerst sauber und gepflegt, was sofort einen positiven Eindruck hinterließ. Die Umgebung war ruhig und angenehm, ideal zum Entspannen. Alle notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten waren vorhanden, inklusive Fahrräder, die uns viel Freude bereiteten. Besonders kinderfreundlich, mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Einziger Nachteil waren die Betten, die etwas unbequem waren. Trotzdem ein großartiger Ort für einen Familienurlaub – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein sehr schönes Haus, in 5 Minuten ist man am Strand und die Poolanlage war ebenfalls sehr schön und sauber. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren auch in der Nähe. Voll ausgestattete Wohnung, Putzmitteln waren ausreichend vorhanden . War alles sehr schön und ansprechend.

Wszystko zgodne z opisem . Piękna lokalizacja willi . Dzięki ogromnej wielkości domu każdy miał sporo prywatności , duża liczba łazienek . Basen czysty , mimo że dom znajduje się na terenie z innym domem było czuć komfort prywatności . Jedyny minus to brak światła na tarasie przy kuchni gdzie jest duży stół i fajne miejsce do posiedzenia wieczorami , dom w starym, włoskim stylu i nie wszystko było idealnie czyste ale to zrozumiałe przy takiej wielkości posiadłości . Ogólnie super miejsce . Dziękujemy

Daniela aveva già ottime recensioni, ma la permanenza presso "Cà Giuggiola" è andata oltre le aspettative! La casa è ampia, tranquillissima, dotata di ogni comfort e perfetta per una vacanza di relax. Per chi desidera staccare senza avere la pressione di dover fare centomila attività anche in vacanza, questo posto è quello giusto. Il tutto è reso ancora più unico dalla gentilezza, dalla disponibilità, dalla simpatia e dal sorriso di Daniela, sempre pronta a far sentire gli ospiti a proprio agio. Molto consigliata anche la pizzeria da lei gestita, insieme alla sua bella famiglia, altrettanto gentile e cordiale. Nei dintorni ci sono tante località carine e poco affollate, su tutte la splendida Treviso e Valdobbiadene con le sue colline piene di filari di viti pronti a diventare Prosecco. Anche il Piave ha il suo fascino, naturalistico e storico. Consigliatissimo tutto!

Het elitaire eiland ligt zeer afgelegen, op ca 20 min van de hoofdweg en het huis nog eens 10 min van de ingang. De buurt was eind april erg rustig, dat kan ook aan het koude weer hebben gelegen. Het uitzicht is fantastisch, de reflecting pool en de tuin zijn echt super. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, heel erg veel keukengerei, zelfs een clavinova piano. Niet alles is in nieuwstaat, bijv. Een slot van een deur hapert, de waterkoker lekt, een stuk van de poot van de piano is afgebroken, enz. Instructieboek voor apparatuur ontbreekt. Maar de algehele conditie is nog steeds goed. Binnen zijn er 5 zitplaatsen aan tafel, dus de laatste 2 moesten staand eten (of buiten in de kou met muggen). Alle ramen hebben horren. Heerlijke douche boven. De buren stoken graag houtvuur en dat ruik je in de tuin.

Es war super schön, wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, der Pool ist klasse. Laura war sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.
