Spacious and cosy apartment located only few minutes walk to transportation which takes you to old center of Venice. Very convenient location outside of hustle and bustle of old center of Venice but within easy reach. Highly recommend the place as Antonio and Roberta were very friendly and supportive hosts with plenty of info on local transport, restaurants, etc.

Very clean apartment, in almost all bright spaces, everywhere pleasant and equipped with all the necessary accessories. If we have to return to Treviso, we will probably ask for the same apartment again. City crossed by many canals, the presence of water mills embellished by various neighborhoods. Old town all within walking distance. I suggest learning about cultural events before departure, so I can plan. Well-stocked supermarkets. Good-quality restaurants. Kindness from the Trevisans when asking for information on the street. I would like to recommend a visit to the Vajont Dam, with attention to what the guides told about the events of 1963.

We stayed in this place during the 2025 Easter holidays. It is a very nice and clean accommodation, exactly like the description provided. 10mts to 12mts walk from Mestre station. 3 mts walk to local bus stop. Good travel links nearby. Erika was an amazing host, so as Carmen, who did our check in and checkout. She was very flexible for in and out. There were clear instructions provided. She allowed us to store our luggage at the storage after the check out since we had a tour planned during the day. It was very kind of her. She was always available with her instant responses for any queries. She guided us with all bus/tram details which helped our transportation easy through Venice. Erika even booked a taxi for us to airport when we faced issues with online booking. We were really lucky as we had Erika as our host. We really enjoyed this apartment: because of its location on the edge of the historic old town, we were able to easily and walk to all the interesting places of this beautiful and lively city. The pictures from the balcony dont do it justice. Absolutely picture perfect. Some of our favorite nights were getting takeaway pizza from la Perla or Casa Mia and a bottle of homemade wine from Vecia Cavana and setting up the table in front of the open windows to the canal and watch the gondolas go by. Grecia, was a very responsive host to any needs we had. The room was far enough away from the hustle and bustle but at the same time only a 2 minute walk to get right into it. Nothing is more than a 20-25 minute walk at most to get to the other end of the island and everything in between. We would happily stay here again!

This is the second time I've reviewed Giuliana's place. It's a real home, spacious, comfortable and even warm if you go in winter ;) You can get to the sea or shops in a few minutes, but the location is green and quiet. Giuliana is a perfect host, and we recommend her accommodation to anyone who wants to spend a period of total relaxation in Caorle with family or friends.

The apartment is small, but absolutely sufficient for one to two people. You will find everything you need and the "own" outdoor seating in front of the apartment is ideal for breakfast or for evening cozy sitting together. We were completely satisfied. :)

The decor is very Venetian and made us felt at home from the moment we walked in. The most beautiful views over Rialto Bridge and the Grand Canal. The location is very central and perfect to explore the city from. Even though the Grand Canal is busy, by closing the windows and shutters it blocked out all noises at night. The host is very responsive.

Ivan was incredibly proactive in supplying information about the apartment and responding almost immediately to our inquiries. The apartment was very easy to access with the keypad codes provided well in advance of our arrival. The location was incredible, close to restaurants, beautiful squares and shopping. We found the apartment to be very clean and quiet. I wish we had more than one night that we could've spent in Padua, especially since Ivan's apartment felt like home! Wonderful stay in an absolutely beautiful city!
