🌈 Welcome to the green heart of Austria! Our home is in a lovely village beneath a mountain, 15 miles from Graz, Austria's beautiful second city. There are hourly buses from a bus stop just 2 minutes away. We're only 10 minutes' walk from a family-friendly wellness centre with a lake and other leisure activities. Many walking trails start from here. The house (500 years old, forming a bridge over the road) is a halfway point on the pilgrim path between Mariatrost & Weiz Basilica. 🌈

Vacation home in the hiking paradise of Schöcklland

Präbichl is in Semriach near Graz (not Eisenerz). The house is very quiet without artificial light nearby. Outdoor lighting available. Parking spot outside the house. No other guests Linens, towels, hair dryer are provided. In the kitchen there are cookware and cutlery, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee pot, teapot, spices, oil, vinegar, bookcase with lots of games, even for kids. TV, radio Children up to the age of 12 have a 20% discount

®HOAM House

The ®Hoam House is a chalet of a special kind. In the loft style, you can relax and unwind. Our highlight: a heated pool, which is used as a hot tub in winter – with distant views over the Alps and proximity to Graz. Whether a relaxation trip or a city vacation, you will find everything your heart desires. The living room offers 2+2 beds (including Comfort sofa). Right next door is the gym, which is used with Schmoltis chalet. Our alpacas are also looking forward to seeing you soon!

Sunny apartment with garden

Experience relaxing days in our sunny apartment in Semriach! Enjoy the fresh air on the spacious terrace, which invites you to relax and linger. The private garden offers space to play and is ideal for cozy barbecues or an outdoor breakfast. The Lurgrotte, the town center and the outdoor swimming pool are within walking distance. Cycling and hiking trails start right outside the front door. The cultural highlights of Graz are a short drive.

Cosy Cottage in the mountains

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.

Basement "VerLisaMa"

Enjoy the breathtaking view of the vineyards in the middle of the Riede Schäming/St. Anna am Aigen. With its rustic elegance and modern amenities, it offers the ideal retreat for couples, families and friends. It has one bedroom, bathroom/toilet, kitchen for 4 people. Spend relaxing evenings on the terrace, including hot tub overlooking the Königsberg to Slovenia. Take hikes along the Wine Trail of the Senses. Bookings from 2 nights.

Chalet at the organic farm - Styria

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!

Beautiful log cabin at the foot of the Schöckl. The views from the terrace are stunning. The house is located on the edge of the forest and is in a very quiet location. The summit cross of the Schöckl can be reached on foot in less than an hour. Ideal for nature lovers, hikers, bikers or people who simply want to enjoy the tranquility and a great view!

Our new holiday apartment is separated from our house. It consists of a big living and kitchen area, a bright bathroom and two bedrooms equipped with double beds. The apartment’s terrace invites to have breakfast, relax or enjoy the silence on our farm.
