Our apartment is located along the waterfront, equally close to the historic centre and the train station (less than 10 minutes' walk). Ideal for discovering the historic center of Dijon and the surrounding nature (walks, jogging, hiking, cycling) Tram 300m away South facing garden, quiet and light are at the rendezvous. In the street, greengrocer, butcher, bakery, supermarket follow one another for your comfort. If you have a car, free parking is available. I look forward to hosting you

The "La Ruchette" gite is located in the heart of Prenois, a pleasant and quiet village, close to the Dijon-Prenois motor racing circuit. We are surrounded by trails suitable for outdoor activities. Dijon, the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, is a 15-minute drive away. All shops 10 minutes away. The recently enlarged cottage sleeps 4, with the possibility of parking a vehicle in a closed and secure courtyard. Breakfast offered at an extra cost, €8/person (given the night before)

The apartment with an area of 35m2, is located under the roofs of a house of the sixteenth century classified Historic Monument. It is ideally located in the heart of the historic center of Dijon, in the district of Antiquaires, close to the Palais de Ducs and the Museum of Fine Arts. It has been completely renovated in an authentic and warm spirit with all modern comforts.

Independent accommodation located between Dijon (10' by the free A38, itself 2') and the Ouche valley, with its small villages, hiking trails, etc. Village crossed by the Burgundy Canal and its cycle path, 10' from the Prenois circuit, and close to the wine route. Presence of various shops and services in the village and neighboring villages.

Studio at the bottom of our garden: kitchen area, sleeping area, large dressing room and bathroom (large shower/toilet). Please note, no key box (see time slot in house rules) and no TV (but good Wi-Fi😉). The environment is very quiet outside the train passages (sometimes numerous at night). Free street parking
