(S-Bahn) und in ca. 15 Min. zur Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest) mit der Tram 19. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es vor der Tür kostenfrei. In wenigen Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen ist eine Shopping Mall, der Westpark, für einen Spaziergang, Bäckereien, Supermärkte, Drogerien sowie kleine Restaurants.

Ein Tiny house im münchener Westen. Wir vermieten ein ca. 14m² großes Gartenhaus in unserm Garten. Es ist ausgestattet mit einem Bad mit WC und Dusche, in der Küche gibt es einen kleinen Kühlschrank, Spülbecken und Herdplatte. Schlafen kann man auf einem Schlafsofa ca. 1.60m breit. Ein Stück des gemeinsamen Gartens kann mit genutzt werde. Eine Bushaltestelle ist nur 50m entfernt. Mit der S-Bahn ist man in ca 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt bzw. in 20 Minuten am Starnberger See.
