Holiday rentals with beach access in Pasig River

Awesome stay—the place was clean, super comfy, and exactly as the photos. The host was friendly and quick to respond to any questions and concerns. Great views and easily accessible to the mall nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place!! First thing my 5-yr old daughter said after entering the unit is that she wanted to relax instead of going swimming. At other staycation she would usually go change to her bathing suit straight away upon arriving 🥰 Thank you Ms. Glenda!!

This is our second time in this listing and it was conveniently located and pleasant. The building is very near the mall and the guards & lobby feels safe. Although we initially had drainage problems during this stay, the staff were quick to respond and resolved the issue. Parking slot is a plus.

Everything was absolutely amazing, the only thing i didnt enjoy were the roaches and bugs in the unit. I know they try to keep the problem under contol with baits, but its no helping. Im sure this is a building problem not a Unit problem, but its still a huge problem none the less. if they could figure out how to get a handle on the problem, this would be the premier rental in manila!

Marivel was a great host. The pool was under maintenance so she kindly booked tickets for our kids to enjoy a water park in Taguig. We weren’t aware of the parking fee but she still kindly shared half the cost and as the location was too far she kindly accommodated our needs so we could relocate closer to MOA, which getting to with traffic can take 30 mins or more. Marivel was always quick to respond, so when we had trouble finding the location she replied very quickly. The room was lovely and cosy. Comfortable to sleep in. Karaoke machine needed batteries but when we purchased some and could use it, it was fun! Also comes with filtered water on tap and chilled which is handy. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was exactly as described and very comfortable. There was a small hiccup with the shower, but the owner was incredibly responsive and took care of it right away. We also made a minor mistake with the checkout process, but the owner was so understanding and accommodating, which we really appreciated. Overall, the place was fantastic, and the owner made sure we had everything we needed. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Just had some slight delay during check in because the contact # may not have service at the time but my kids were assisted by the caretaker and they were given clear instructions about the amenities and where to find necessities. Nice view indeed, you have a glimpse of the city at night and nice view of the pool. Accessible to convenience store etc. Not indicated but I may have forgotten to ask, but I was expecting complete utensils like spoon and ladles though again, convenience store is just a few steps away. Place is cozy and comfortable. Overall our stay is great and will consider going back to the place.

Personally, I loved it cos I’m the type of person who loves going to the beach and the room will give you the beach/island vibe! Came from Boracay, straight from the airport this is where we stayed. Everything was great. I assumed it’s a new unit which I love cos you really can feel that “ah so nice everything’s new” I can tell by the smell of it hehe cos I’ve been to a different airbnb’s. I actually added this to my favorite airbnb list! Spacious, interior talaga is so nice!We’re very particular when it comes to BED AND COMFORTERS! Duhbest! Worth every penny! You guys should try it and see for yourself! ❤️

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. The host and co host are both accommodating, responsive and helpful. The photos are exactly what the place looked like , complete with cooking equipments din , very clean and may free coffee and milk pa. Worth every penny we paid. ☺️💜

To start with Angelica and Eric is both responsive. After I booked the place there were changes in our itinerary Angelica went out of her way to help us check for other options and rooms to accommodate all our guests. When we arrived at their place everything was as described, Eric was so helpful and provided clear instructions which made everything so easy. During our stay there were questions and both of them responded right away. To top it off Angelica bought a new karaoke for us a day before our check out because the existing karaoke mic is not working. I mean what a generous host? Very worth it, not just the place but the service from both hosts is superb not to mention the bubbly Angelica who's truly an Angel. Thank you for making my seniors enjoy their stay. I am pleased to highly recommend Nancy's crib for your stay. Communication with Nancy was seamless and straightforward. I had no issues with the check-in process, as Levs, her agent, was incredibly accommodating and responsive. Whenever I needed assistance, they responded promptly and efficiently. I will definitely recommend this room to others. It is truly a rare find for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Our recent check in was really nice. The room was spotless and they were really responsive to our inquiries. The whole place (azure) is really nice and it is such a great place to stay in for a staycation. I would definitely book this place again whenever we need a quick getaway or vacation.

The place has a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, with a great view during nightime. There plenty of games to do, and movies to watch.

My children love the overlooking view of manila right beside their bed. Feels like home on this spacious unit. My kids extremely happy with the Play station.

Booked this place since it's within walkable distance to MOA Arena. Loved it! The place was peaceful, clean, and fully equipped with appliances, Wi-Fi, and basic amenities. Host was also responsive and personally checked us in. Thank you! Would book again when I attend events around MOA. 🩷
