Me and my family enjoyed our stay on JM's unit. The host is very responsible and friendly. Planning to stay again on our future trips.

Great stay! The room was clean and it’s really convenient being near the pool. The balcony was spacious too, perfect for relaxing.

The place was clean and well maintained. Jovel was really nice and was very accommodating to our requests. Check in/out process was hassle-free and it was also very easy to find the place.

I enjoyed staying at this condo. Nicole was very responsive. I had two minor issues at first and she resolved them quickly. The condo was equipped with everything you needed.

The place has everything we need. We truly appreciate the kitchen because my daughter has special diet. Robert provided fresh towels, shampoo, body wash, dishwashing liquid and tissue. The place has everything we could ask for. Plus the neighborhood is safe and walkable. All kinds of establishments are here.

I had a great experience staying in the unit. It was very tidy and fresh, giving off an elegant vibe. The kitchen tools and equipment were complete. When we arrived, there was already water and ice cubes in the fridge. Best spot! Ate Sara was also very accommodating and responsive to every question I asked. I’ll definitely come back and stay in the unit again.

Fantastic stay! The place matched the description perfectly—clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. One of the best parts was having the mall right in the same building, which made everything super convenient. The host was easy to communicate with, and check-in was smooth. Would definitely stay here again!

Generally, me and my friends really loved the place. We were able to stay there comfortably and it’s only a walking distance from SM MOA. There’s also stores, food stalls and restaurants under the same building so it’s pretty convenient. The only issue we had was the network signal as there were times when we’re losing data connection. The WiFi was also not working that well but we thought it’s fine since we never stayed that long in the unit the whole day and we’re constantly going out. Bottomline, everything was totally fine. The place is clean and we were able to use the kitchen especially. The guards in the building are very accommodating so checking in and out was smooth. The area also felt safer.

We had a wonderful overnight stay! The place is aesthetically beautiful, cozy, and clean. It had everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras like board games and a PS4, which made our stay even more fun and relaxing. You can tell a lot of care was put into making the space welcoming. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you very much ❤️

We recently stayed at Shell Residences unit 457 building A for a quick staycation, and it was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—right across from Mall of Asia with an amazing view. It was so convenient to have shopping, dining, and entertainment just steps away. The unit itself was fantastic. All the appliances and kitchen stuff were in great working condition, making it easy to feel at home. The space was clean, smells sooo good, cozy, and well-stocked, and the hosts Ma'am Leah, Ma'am Judith and Sir Robin were so friendly and responsive which made our relaxing and unwinding so comfortable.😍💕 One of the highlights was definitely the view.🤩 Waking up to see the Mall of Asia outside was a real treat, especially at night when everything was beautifully lit. Also relaxing by the pool feels like a true escape.🤩🤩🤩 If you’re looking for a comfortable, convenient spot for a staycation in Pasay City, I highly recommend this unit in Shell Residences.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Perfect place to stay very near to everything. Place is very clean and very modern. I love the place.

The place is awesome! Would definitely stay here again if needed. Location is on point. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. However, the steam from the shower in the master’s bedroom always triggered the smoke alarm. There has been frequent visit from the admin thinking we’ve cooked something.

Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

Good condo, good communication, everything worked, properly described, everything needed for stay was there and would use again. Thank you for being a good host.

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

A good place to stay when you’re in the metro. Felt like home and the place has a lot of food options nearby. The hosts are proactive and give clear instructions for checkin and checkout. I would love to stay again in this place in the near future.

Thompson responds quickly and keeps everything clean. I especially love their chair massage - its so relaxing and definitely my favorite! I just hope they can improve the heater in the bathroom, since the water is still cold when you shower, as if there's no heater at all. But overall, everything else is great. Thank you Thompson! I'll definitely come back again.
