Apartment located in a quiet and green area of Paruzzaro on the first floor, perfect for those looking for relaxation away from the chaos of the city. Small apartment consisting of a room with a double bed and a single bed, a small kitchen area equipped with all comforts and a bathroom with shower Wi-Fi and free parking for motorcycles and bicycles are available. There are two large free car parks a few metres from the property. Small dogs are accepted, but please notify Marisa in advance.

The guesthouse is situated up upon a hill inside a 8,000 m2 private park full of Azaleas, Rhododendrons, and huge Chestnut Trees an easy 15 min. drive from either Arona or Stresa. Lakeside beaches, excellent restaurants and shopping facilities are within the close vicinity by car. A huge natural reserve with peaks offering panoramic views of lakes and alps can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The guesthouse's 60 m2 ground-floor apartment has an arcade covered patio and its own gardens.

Cascina Ronco dei Lari - the Tower - Lake Maggiore

On the hills, among woods, meadows, cultivated fields and fruit trees, inside the Ticino Park, stands the Cascina Ronco dei Lari, which origins date back to 1700, renovated in 2022. You can appreciate the calm of the place, immerse yourself in nature, practice sports and enjoy moments of rural life just a stone's throw from Lake Maggiore and 40 minutes from Milan. It will be possible to benefit from the Cascina products such as berries, jams, juices, saffron, honey and vegetables.

The accommodation between the two Lakes

The accommodation is in Paruzzaro, very close to Arona (5 minutes) and therefore to the most beautiful locations of Maggiore and D’Orta Lakes. Not far away is the characteristic Lake Mergozzo. It will be an ideal point of support to visit both the Lakes and the nearby mountains. The nearby towns of Orta and Mergozzo (15 - 20 min.) offer a very characteristic and unmissable landscape. Milan-Malpensa Airport is 30 minutes away, while the motorway exit is less than 10 minutes away.
