Short stay to bridge between two places. Chance and team were very supportive of our need for a one night stay before moving to another of their properties. The whole process was simple and efficient.

This place is amazing. It’s in a newly developed neighborhood about 5 min drive to Jaco. I stayed here for 5 weeks and I didn’t have a car Ubers were cheap and uber eats deliver to the house. The property was very private with walls and plants surrounding it. There’s beautiful trees and plants. Lots of birds around, saw scarlet macaws everyday. The host was amazing very helpful with everything. Place is very clean and felt at home. Very good option for short or long stays. Had all the amenities I needed. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Our family of four had a great weekend at Andrea's place. The view from the 17th Floor was amazing. We had three great sunsets. From the balcony we could watch the scarlet macaws soaring from the mountains down to the beach. The Playa Esmeralda beach club was about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. It has direct beach access to Playa Manta. Our kids played all day on the beach and in the pools. We highly recommend and would return again.

Had a great weekend at the Condo La Paloma blanco. I have used these condos a few times before. Each time it gets better. We took a long weekend from San Jose to spend a weekend at the Beach. The location of this Property is perfect. It's a little drive from Downtown Jaco, but close enough to grab dinner or hit the store to cook at home. The beach is right across a little access road, so it's so easy to enjoy the beach anytime you want. If you are looking for a comfortable 3 bedroom 3 bath Condo. This is the place!!!

Loved staying at this airbnb! Saw a bunch of monkeys swinging around when we first checked in. The check in process was easy and also flexible on the time.

Beautiful villa in a gated area. Pool in the residence. Air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms, not in the living room on the other hand. Very nice standard

We had an incredible stay at this beach house! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The house was perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need — from kitchen essentials to beach gear. The décor was beautiful and inviting, creating a cozy yet elegant atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The location is awesome, near to the beach and the pool. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and recharge each night. Our host was fantastic, always responsive and attentive to messages, which made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

This villa exceeded all our expectations – it’s even more beautiful than in the photos! The view over Playa Hermosa is stunning, and every morning and evening we saw toucans and scarlet macaws right from the terrace – closer than in some national parks. It’s peaceful, surrounded by nature, and perfect for recharging. I loved doing Pilates on the terrace each morning. The hosts were kind, helpful, and shared wonderful stories with us. They even provided yoga mats! The access road is a bit rough (gravel), and at first I was nervous with our smaller car, but we got used to it quickly – just take it slow in low gear. Totally worth it. We would absolutely love to come back!

Beautiful Home !!! Gated Community With Security On Site 24/7. You Can Walk To Anywhere In Jaco Within A Few Moments. I Will Not Stay Anywhere Else Except Here Once I Return.

I had an amazing stay , located right on the beachfront. The location is unbeatable, with stunning ocean views and direct access to the beach—it’s perfect for anyone looking to relax by the water. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway by the sea, is the perfect choice.

This place was so beautiful, very clean and the communication was sufficient. The power went out for like a minute and someone came by to make sure that everything was ok. The response time was amazing. The power turned back on shortly after. I would definitely stay here again.

Stephanie was an amazing host! Very friendly, responsive, accommodating, and flexible. Her place is walking distance to the strip and beach. It was clean, well-decorated, and very spacious. She also provides a guidebook that was helpful with navigating Jaco. It covered everything, restaurants, transportation, activities, etc. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our experience here and would definitely stay here again :)

First of all, congratulating Mary on the excellent attention and respectful treatment she gave us at all times, the place is really beautiful and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The access to the beach is 5 minutes walk, just cross a street and you are enjoying the best sunsets. The place is spotless and provided with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Would definitely visit again!!

Everything about the place was good, my only minor complaints would be a) you must wear a bracelet the entire time you are staying and b) there was not any tableware, not even a spoon to stir coffee. Otherwise everything was as expected.

Nice place to stay that’s quiet and peaceful and just a bit outside the business of downtown Jaco. Not a close walk to the nice beach surfing area if you have to carry lots, but a very quick drive. There is a nice warm pool in the complex as well. There is ample parking. Well air conditioned. Check-in was simple enough but it was not self-check-in we had to meet somebody at the gate. Overall great stay!

Place was great. My brother and I really enjoyed our selves. We’d definitely go back again.
