Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Parrita

Very clean apartment in great location. It is across the street from the beach. Josue let us into the apartment and gave us information. Pablo, who is the surf instructor at the beach, also gave us good information on who to avoid and who to trust. We felt well cared for and safe.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The spaces is beautiful and centrally located while feeling tucked away. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. We really loved watching the sunrise from the tower that overlooks the mountains down to the beach, it is worth the early alarm on vacation! Jason was super helpful and gave us great advice for navigating Manuel Antonio and avoiding common pitfalls, thank you!

We appreciated the proximity to the beach and the pools. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook a meal. The water in the apartment felt cold, but it did not bother us too much because we were hot coming from the beach. There is a shopping plaza close by, but you can get a greater variety of restaurants and stores to choose from if you drive 15-20 minutes. Overall it was a nice place to stay and we would definitely come back.

Very responsive host. Easy checkin. One of the best features is you do not have to worry about your car at all. It is in a private gated community with a 24/7 guard. It is not right in the center of Jaco where all the loud and noisy bars are but it’s close enough to easily walk to them if you wanted to. Right across the street is a liquor store and there is also a coffee shop in the same block. A grocery store as well. Very well located.

Caño Island Snorkel Tour, Mangrove Tour (through Pineapple Tour company) a must. Costa Rica is a wonderful place and should be on everyone's list to visit. Will be back. What a fantastic place to stay. We loved the privacy & freedom of the home & the swimming pool was great ( towels for the pool provided ) , it was our own private place for 5 wonderful nights and we loved our stay here at Russ & Ana’s. The bathrooms are clean & tastefully done , the whole apartment is very spacious and functional with everything you need. We didn’t have a car so walked to the end of the road (2/3 min walk ) & got the bus down to the beach, really easy and buses run every 10/15 mins going up & down. Molly the dog came to say hello & she is sweet. Friendly owners , beautiful setting & clean what more can I say ,, we loved it here.😊

Overall great stay and comfortable for our group. However some cautionary items to be aware of. The driveway to reach to the top of the property is quite steep, and in the rain the car skidded and wouldn’t get to the top of the hill. Need to have a vehicle if you’re going in and out with luggage. Good bit of wildlife you will encounter in the rooms and bathroom. There is only a hot water heater in the main bathroom.

Not only was Mariana a phenomenal host, her home and surrounding area was exceptionally beautiful with the most amazing views. It was peaceful and private. We would be lucky to have the chance to stay at Mariana’s and would choose it again and again! The pool was an absolute hit for the kids and adults! Mariana was attentive and went above and beyond! This place was absolutely amazing and beautiful! The house with the open layout was perfect, the pool and the waterfall right out back was perfect, and then 20 steps to the beach. It’s not a tourist area at all so it’s pretty much a private beach. Israel, the caretaker was absolutely incredible! He was so nice and kind and helpful. He responded to anything that we needed. If you need something, ask him, he is the man. If you are going to do a mangrove boat tour, don’t book elsewhere, look no farther. Israel has the boat 10 steps from the driveway. He took eight of us on an amazing mangrove boat tour and saw monkeys and crocodiles and the mangroves. He is so good with kids! He just wants the kids to have a good time. We really appreciated him and enjoyed hanging out with him. Do you want to ride horses on the beach? No problem, he’ll have horses out back whenever you want them! And everything he set up for us, we felt was pretty reasonably priced. Thank you for an amazing week!!!

I enjoyed my stay at Mangata Villas. The scenery was by far the best I’ve been to and truly felt relaxed on vacation here. The concierge was super helpful, the host was very accommodating and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay- I would recommend anyone to consider going here

This was our first time in Costa Rica and we cannot wait to be back. We’d stay here again, especially loved the proximity to the beach, the daily cleaning of our cool space, beautiful grounds and staff who helped with everything from umbrellas and parking to getting groceries and pinpointing just the right tours for our group with elementary aged kids. (Pro Tip- the night tour they booked for us with shuttle and dinner to Rainmaker was a hit!)

This condo was exceptionally clean with a beautiful view. It was a very brief walk to the Main Street. Everything was literally five minute walk. They are picky with who they host (with good reason) because of how pristine it is. Thank you :)

Josephine communicated clearly and timely. The condo met my family's need. We needed a place to relax after some days of intense hikes in other regions. The pool was lovely and right outside our door. We watched surfers on the beach though the rough waters and rocky beach did not avail sun-soaking or swimming.

Leonardo was friendly and responsive and made check in process a breeze. Location is a 10/10, with easy access to beach and pool area, as well as walking distance to great restaurants and a local market. Highlight of our trip was seeing a sloth hanging in the trees on the beach! Would definitely choose to stay here again.

Beautiful condo in a secure location. Very kind and proactive hosts, provided lots of useful information.

The host, Eric, had everything laid out super early on checking in information. The place was easy to find, safe entry way, elevator, and keyless entry. Very responsive does matter the hour of the day. A storm issues knocked out water messaged him it was resolved in minutes. Suggested restaurants nearby for the time of day. Shared information about the area. Parking is available it is gated and secured if car rental is your option. The location is 1 and half or less from SJO (Uber. $122 est) easy to come in but have tip leaving out cause they will decline trip if you don’t have at least $20 cash due to tolls cost and distance. Location was perfect away from strip of restaurants, casinos, local shops, and excursions. I would wait to book excursions off the Avenida Pastor Díaz save deposits for ATV rental or excursions vs Viator website. Food suggestions: Local Grill, Sunrise Brunch, El Manglar all amazing foods
