The mini is approximately 600 sq ft and is located inside of Terra Ceia RV Resort which is centrally located to many major roadways.

This quiet, updated farmhouse is located one mile from 275 and I 75 in Palmetto. It has 3 bedrooms, one with a king bed , the second with a full size bed, and the third with two twin beds. Bathroom #1 has a shower and Bath #2 has a bathtub but does not have a shower head. A portion of the yard is fenced in for pets and provides an open space. The house utilizes a treated well and provides water cooler for drinking. There is a covered carport for vehicle and patio area with table.

Wayne was so kind and made us feel like we were right at home! He always responded quickly to our questions! One thing that stood out to us was the fact that he came outside and welcomed us in when we arrived and gave us a tour. Everything was very clean and comfortable, it was the perfect place to rest after a long day at the beach and out and about! The area was peaceful, easy to find, and central to all of the places we were going. Would love to stay again if we are ever in town again!

We really enjoyed our stay here, there was a problem with the shower but Robert was quick to help us out and get it fixed. Overall, It was a really enjoyable stay and a fairly convenient location.

Janna was very communicative with clear instructions about being a guest in her home. She welcomed me in person and I immediately felt at home. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. I enjoyed Janna's homemade breakfast and conversation with her and her husband. I recommend this airbnb to anyone looking for a homey atmosphere on their travels to Florida.
